Holiday rentals with beach access in Leith

I am coming once a year for ten years in Edinburgh. That is the best place I stay ever

We had a fantastic week at Dan and Alex’s apartment. It was easy to find with somewhere to park. The steps up to the apartment were no problem for us. Once inside the apartment was lovely and warm and comfortable. It was one of the best equipped Airbnb that we have stayed in first time that there were tongs in the kitchen (that impressed my partner). It was nice to sit and eat at the kitchen window with a view of the Forth and beyond. A three minute walk to Kinghorn railway station and regular service into Edinburgh. Tornado bagel in Kinghorn was a nice place to eat in the morning and calling into the Auld Hoose pub for a drink in the evening was a good way to end the day. We would definitely recommend Dan and Alex’s apartment and we will probably return there sometime.

This is a fantastic place to stay with fantastic views of the bridges over the Forth. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely use this again. Thanks

lovely place to come back after exploring Edinburgh. felt exactly like a home. kitchen with lots of condiments and sauces. walkable to both new and old town , at the same time bus stop options are just few minutes walk away A I am born from an Asia country, I would wish the place to be warmer during the winter/spring times. but no worries if you love the cold! The place is located not on the first floor, and you would need to carry the luggages. so just be mindful of that, especially if you are not the younger folks.

Beautiful flat in a great location close to Edinburgh and right by the sea.

Within the first moments of arriving at Christina's place, I already knew I would be back. This flat is decluttered and kept to a level of hygiene, cleanliness and order that I really value - it's a super calming environment. The location could not be better. Restaurants are plenty. The Co'Op/Margiotta's are open until 10pm. Goose on the Green café dos a great oat latte (milk also available). I didn't try the cakes but they looked incredible. The beaches and walks are sublime. I had great communication with Charlotte/Christina and they sent useful local information ahead of the trip, which was appreciated. I cannot wait to come back. Don't hesitate to book, it could not be better.

I stayed here for a month with my dog. We felt very settled and at home. The flat is really clean and tidy, has everything you need. Seeing the sunrise every morning over the Firth of Forth bridge was wonderful. As well as a fair few rainbows! Inside is as described, in the hallway there are cute picture frames with local recommendations which was a welcoming touch. Ben was really helpful, friendly and responsive. Lovely neighbours too who were warm and helpful. I felt really safe there. Parking right outside the property is quite difficult, but there is a car park a 2-3 min walk away and that was absolutely fine with spaces and really not an issue. There are lots of walks nearby, easy to get to the beach. Really easy to get into Edinburgh but also a fab location for exploring north over the bridge, and East towards Glasgow. I had lots of lovely adventures. Definitely recommend 🙂 thanks Ben! 🐾

Cute little home with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and appreciated that it was ready to be lit and had extra fire wood. Nice touch:)

Stayed here with my family for two nights. Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Beautiful, immaculate property with everything you need and much more. Located in a peaceful area and within walking distance to Brunstane train station where you can get into the city centre in 9mins. I will definitely book again as loved every minute of our stay 💚

We had a great stay over New Year. Loved the location which was perfect for our Hogmanay at The Ship Inn. Lots of space (and really appreciated having multiple showers). The real fire made it extra cosy at this time of year and the Xmas tree/decorations were the perfect finishing touch. Clearly a much loved house.

We had a delightful stay in this lovely independent home! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Our host, Mike, was always quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our time in Edinburgh was truly unforgettable! Highly recommend!

We have had a really lovely stay for 4 nights at Karen’s apartment. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well equipped with quality furniture, linens and kitchen equipment. Karen has thought of everything that we could need during our stay. Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. The lounge and kitchen overlook the sea and it’s possible to walk straight from the property entrance to the lovely long promenade . There is a supermarket nearby and buses run regularly into Edinburgh. We would love to stay in the apartment on our next trip to the area.

Flat was exactly as described and perfect for our short break. Pre-arrival I had all the info I needed and it was stress free. Flat is quirky but not over the top, kitchen all works and bedrooms roomy and comfortable.

A perfect location within easy walking distance to the golf club, Gullane beach and local pubs and eateries. The apartment was extremely clean and has been maintained to a high & modern standard.

fmGeorti & Yoanna's place was as described. Highlight for us was the closeness to Edinburgh, just 15 mins by train and train station less than 10 mins walk. Also the rooms were spacious and comfortable. They had lots of kitchen utensils and even some basics to feel at home like cereal, coffee, biscuits etc. This really makes a difference as you don't need to buy loads just for the weekend or bring them from home. They also has lots of things for our little one, books, toys etc which was fantastic! our little one loved it . Communication was great too, they got in touch to see how everything was going or if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend their place and we'll hopefully stay with them again in the future. Thank you!

I love the house. Feels warm and always made me feel good to come home to after a long day out. Victoria & Derek are great! Peaceful location near to Co op. Would definitely come again to her airbnb if am back in Edinburgh!
