This is a new build and in a very pristine community. Paul was responsive on chat. Check in was smooth. The trampoline and the slide in the backyard was a hit with my kids. Love the stay here.

The cottage was beautiful, in a beautiful setting. It was so cosy and very homely. Alasdair was friendly and helpful, brought logs promptly when asked. Lovely walks on the doorstop and had a really lovely holiday, would come to go back and stay again.

A lovely, cozy, peaceful house. Easy to walk into town for access to restaurants etc. Very comfortable and recommended.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Such a good find, lovely place that was totally spotless. The decor was lovely and you felt instantly right at home, one of the first air bnbs that has actually thought how the layout will be used, and considered the ease of those who are on the sofa bed, by providing a down stairs toilet. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Utterly brilliant stay. Its rare to have a peaceful location but really very close to both the great West End cafés, bars and shops, as well as the tram stop. Allan was a wonderful host, extremely helpful with regards to an early check in request combined with a very friendly tone for all communication. The house was perfect for the 2 of us, really comfortable, good sleep, tv for the short period we were there. We have already booked a return visit. You couldn't do much better in my opinion.

Kate was extremely kind and accommodating! She went out of her way to make our stay great. The airbnb was fantastic. Clean, comfy and cozy with everything we needed for a month-long stay. We had four guests: two downstairs on sofa bed, and one person in each upstairs bedroom. The town is beautiful and peaceful. Walkable with any store you may need right nearby. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

The apartment is really bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and kitchen are perfect. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Audrey explained everything very clearly to us when we arrived to drop off our luggage (the owners facilitated an early drop off before 4pm). In terms of improvements, the water boiler is quite noisy so if someone used the bathroom late, it could wake other guests. We would have appreciated shampoo in the bathroom - some of our party flew with hand luggage only with a small liquids allowance. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for the EICC, a 10-15 minute walk. The welcome breakfast pack was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napoli-themed Pizzeria 1926 with delicious pizzas!

A beautiful, warm and delightful holiday home. Few mins walk to the beach and on a lovely holiday park with great facilities for children and dogs. Amazingly stocked kitchen equipment and such comfy beds and bedding. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

A very cozy caravan, in the middle of nature, on the edge of a town with birds chirping and lots of peace. The interior is equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.

It was my first experience in uk Edinburgh was amazing.

Had a wonderful stay with my family at Priscilla, would definitely recommend Priscilla. Dianne was great and friendly with communication. My Kids loved it and would love to visit again.

Caravan very clean exactly as described. Easy to find at the top end of the park nice and quiet location. Lucy was very welcoming and checked that everything was ok.

all was great - the apartment had a nice views and very sunny and light. the internet was reliable and fast for Netflix, the appliances were new including fridge freezer & washing machine, Also the heating system was new and reliable. all worked with no problem & you could easily park the car on the private spaces for the apartments. enjoyed beautiful walks along the huge beach, in beverage park and even to the near train station so could visit Edinburgh. all was amazing value and will book this apartment on next visit. most of all the hosts were very flexible and caring on checking in and out times to accommodate flight times. It really felt like home from home, with all facilities you could want. Lovely quiet cul de sac and a great location for walking into the city, exercising the dogs and plenty of interesting running routes.

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

The location was absolutely perfect! Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. Beds were very very comfortable!

My family had a wonderful stay at Ronnie’s place! The home had everything we needed. We were all comfortable and had plenty of room. The back yard is spacious and lovely, so my children enjoyed playing outside. Ronnie really thought of everything! There were hairdryers for us to use and tea, coffee, biscuits and milk waiting for us. The home was a short 10ish minutes ride away from city center. We would love to come back to stay here again!

Everything absolutely as described. Felt homely and welcoming. Ideal for a few days exploring Edinburgh. Local supermarket 2 minute walk away was handy for milk and supplies.
