had a great stay here and a wonderful surprise for my sister on arrival with prosecco chilling and chocolates which was very thoughtful it was exactly what my sister pictured and she was chuffed they even were offering lifts from carrick if we got stuck! we also appreciated the late check out!!! brilliant stay my parents already looking to go!

this is an excellent place for family gatherings. we were a group from 70yrs down to 4 yrs old. There is something for all ages. the cooking facilities are great for larger numbers. lots of space for people to facilitate enjoyment where there are large groups. dish washer was very useful to have. plenty of bathrooms and toilets. there are a number of local attractions. You need a car to get to them. However, there is lots to do within the surroundings of the house, should you choose. we enjoyed our time and would recommend this property

Lovely quiet location short walk to Lough Rynn castle where we attended a wedding.The house was well equipped spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable Chris also left supplies for breakfast as well as little treats. Thank you Chris

We had a lovely 2 night stay for a wedding this past weekend. The house was beautiful, the pictures dont do it justice. Clean and peaceful and a 5 minute walk to Lough Rynn castle. Stephen was a very helpful host and gave clear instructions with all the information we needed. Would highly recommend.

We had a great few days in David's house. We have 3 children who thoroughly enjoyed having access to the pool in the hotel just a skip away. The house is great and offers lots of flexibility whether you wish to cook at home or eat at thr hotel Best of both worlds! David came across very friendly and helpful. All instructions were clear and worked !

Absolutely loved staying here. Stayed for nearly 2 weeks after the storm as had no power in mine. The house is in a lovely gated area so could allow dogs to roam the garden and the house is just lovely and cosy and homely. I had a wonderful time relaxing here and Marcus is always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. We had a wonderful stay at michaels house. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was also lovely and warm and cosy. Its in a beautiful little village and was close to other towns that we could drive to or even catch the train. Michael came to visit us on arrival and qas very friendly and informative. We would definitely love to stay here again! Thanks fpr having us

A gorgeous spot, peaceful, cosy and well equiped. We had a lovely restful weekend. Fire was a real highlight, aswell as the bath and gorgeous kitchen. Thanks for opening up your space to us, we’d love to come back.

It’s been a very nice stay. But there is was no WiFi which was inconvenient because I had to get some work done. The apartment and it’s View and proximity to the surf spots made up for it.

Stayed in Karen’s apartment with 3 friends over the weekend for the Carrick Camino (an extremely well organised and very friendly event - congrats to all involved). We were very happy to be able to relax in the apartment afterwards. The accommodation had everything we could possibly have needed. A beautiful location overlooking the Shannon within a short walk of all the local restaurants and bars. Karen was a lovely welcoming host. Highly recommend. Thank you ☺️

We stayed in Ita's apartment for three nights at the end of February while renovating a boat and would definitely stay again. Ita was very kind and the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, including bread, milk, pancakes, fruit and cereals for breakfast. The heating was on when we arrived and the apartment was very cosy and welcoming after a day outside in the cold. The location is very quiet without traffic passing directly outside the house. Definitely recommend staying here if you like peace.

Spacious, clean and quiet. Right in the centre of Carrick with good parking, you have everything on your doorstep in the town. There are a few bits missing in the kitchen if you are trying to cook a full meal but as described the basics are there. Just a sharp knife, roasting tray and chopping board are needed. Would definitely book again.

Thank you very much .the stay was wonderful . We had everything we needed and as we stayed over the xmas perpid a christmas tree and decorstions wjere there on arrival which really made it for my small children. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great weekend in Carrick on shannon staying in Susan's apartment. From booking to arrival Susan was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you need and spotless clean. great views over the Marina and within walking distance to all bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

From the initial booking we felt at ease with Fiona’s communication and excellent responsiveness. The directions were spot on and its location was perfect. It was exactly what we needed and it was lovely to arrive to a cosy and warm apartment on a chilly winter/spring evening. It was spotless and everything we needed for our stay was there. I would highly recommend Fiona and her fantastic property for a stay in Carrick.

We had a wonderful two day break at The Pod. Maria was a great host. Met us at the gate and showed us around, gave us hot tub instructions and was just a call away if we had any questions. Molly the new pup 🐶 popped down and loves belly rubs, they have a pond with 3 🦆 ducks. Beautiful scenery and wildlife. Binoculars also so you could look for miles. So peaceful. Fully fitted kitchen, clean bathroom, great shower. Comfy bed. Log 🔥 burning stove for the chilly nights. Hot tub was just so relaxing. Robes and sliders were great. Thanks Maria, Wayne and Molly.

We were in Knockvicar to research our family roots so Anne's place was perfect because we could access all the local graveyards/Leitrim Heritage Centre, Ballinamore, Drumshabo music festival etc. Anne was super-helpful but also respected our privacy. She was there if needed. Loved her spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, extras left in the fridge for us on a very late arrival from Cork, esp milk and tea. Plenty of supplies in the bathroom and the place was spotless. We had two very peaceful/quiet nights of sleep and really enjoyed our stay in Knockvicar. Thank u Anne

Gerry and Josephine were extremely welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean and we really appreciated the cereal boxes, brown bread and fresh milk being left for us. A great host.
