Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lewis and Harris

Lovely home didn’t want to leave…the views are gorgeous and the neighbours are amazing and helpful

Great secluded spot that made us feel like we pressed pause on the hustle and bustle of our daily life. Highly recommend checking out the Hungry Gull for coffee and food - the haggis fries are sooo good we ordered it twice. There is a small grocery shop connected to the cafe.

Had a wonderful stay, location was beautiful and peaceful. Not even a minutes walk to the distillery and very close to Talisker bay and the fairy pools as well. The kitchen had all the essentials and the living room was very comfortable. Don is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Skye.

Michelle's place was a magical oasis for our weekend getaway to the Scottish Highlands. I couldn't have dreamed of a better location to start and end every day! It's proximity to the Isle of Skye was a major plus for us. Would recommend this stay to anyone looking to spend time in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Blossom Cottage - had an early check in which was much appreciated . Communication was very good and we were made to feel very much at home . The cottage is everything we needed - cosy and warm with a lovely open fire . Property was close to a gorgeous beach and the facilities at Dunvegan were just down the road . Not visited this side of the island much but definitely becoming our favourite part of Skye !

Everything as described on the listing. Very easy to find and Mary sent clear instructions. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need The beds were comfy and the shower good. No problems and very good value for the area. It’s August but being the Hebrides the log burner was lit on the last night and was lovely to sit in front of before bed

Nicks place was spotless, beautiful inside and out and was a nice location for exploring the island. The only thing I would change is a bigger comforter on the downstairs bed. Otherwise this place is absolutely the nicest ABNB I’ve stayed in

We stayed at Margaret’s house from 23 December to 28 December. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The location was great and easy to get around the island. Views from the house were exceptional. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The apartment was great! It was clean, very comfortable and well laid out, walking proximity to downtown was incredible, and communication with Etta was quick and informative. She was very accommodating and hospitable. We would stay again and recommend to friends!

Very welcoming hosts, peaceful quiet location, not far from most places.

Great location in Portree with a very short walk to good restaurants and bars. Cozy living room with a nice electric fireplace. Parking on the street in front of the entrance gate was readily available. We reported a very minor problem with a bathroom fixture and Eilidh responded immediately. Eilidh’s apartment is a great place to stay for your base on the Isle of Skye!

Graham was an excellent host to the point where he left food items he thought would be useful (thank you!) The flat was very comfortable and has everything needed for a stay. The location of the flat is just outside the main town centre but is easy to get to. It's also excellent for arrival by ferry or plane.

This was such a comfortable and lovely place to stay and matched our expectations in every way. Angus was a great host, and offered us an extra night as we had to cancel our first evening because of cancelled ferries. A great spot to explore Lewis and Harris from.
