The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

The apartment is perfect for those who want to visit the center of Forlì, but also the surroundings. Quiet, tidy, comfortable. The owner was kind and proactive in offering me a ZTL pass that favored my car and parking in the historic center. Great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended

Small house on the ground floor in the middle of the fields, in absolute calm, a few meters from the bike path that runs along the Pò di Venezia canal. Spacious, bright, well equipped. Marilena is a charming host, always responsive. We enjoyed the small attentions. A perfect place for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Pò Delta Park. We recommend it without hesitation!

The stay at Franca was wonderfully refreshing. My dog and I were guests for a week, having the opportunity to take long walks on the banks of the Po, in a really quiet area also as a passage of cars and bicycles. Franca and her husband, along with their little dogs, were extremely welcoming, ready for every need and with a delightful and comfortable apartment. The possibility of indoor parking is excellent, self check-in is a plus. Alf and I also got to use the garden to play safely and serenely. The area is extremely quiet and at night, if the sky is clear, you can admire a true starry sky, to take your breath away. Comfortable for Ferrara and Rovigo, a few minutes by car you can find supermarkets for every need. And it's easy to get to the city for work or leisure. We had a very comfortable stay at Angela's place. The apartment is in a very quiet area; it is very clean, cared for and equipped with every comfort. It is a stone's throw from the center where the city's most important monuments are located. Angela is a great host, very kind and super helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property with 3 children and 2 adults! And we liked it very much with a large garden and table tennis small football gate from the accommodation, there was nothing to complain about. Kitchen was very well equipped pots, pans, dishes, everything was there! Towels were available, we felt very comfortable. For questions and information, we had also tried very quickly to get an answer from Filippo very quickly. Which was very annoying, all the mosquitoes, but they were in the whole area. I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We were 9 people, including 4 children . We really liked the place. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away. Have been not far from the center. Location was great. Check-in and check-out was great. We were able to enter the house earlier by arrangement and were also able to leave later on our departure. For small children it is not so suitable as it went down stairs from the house via stone stairs and meadow was also down mountain. Otherwise everything is great. We will definitely be back.

Perfect apartment. Beach 5 min walk, with several bathrooms, in addition to the free beach. An added value is the pool, although we used it little since we always found good weather. Inside everything is as pictured and described, tidy and clean. The host is always extremely responsive in communications, kind and available even before our arrival. I'd love to come back.

We had a lovely autumn stay on the island of Albarella. The apartment is very well equipped (great for a family of 5 people) and very well located (by the fjord), in a quiet area and close to everything. Hosts Enrico and Orazio are very responsive and have traveled in person for the key exchange. They gave us all the useful information and were always available if they had any questions. In short, a beautiful experience that we warmly recommend.

Federica was very helpful right from the start. Her house is very welcoming and clean. We found everything we needed, pasta, salt, oil, coffee, tea and snacks for breakfast. Nothing was missing in the bathroom, everything was impeccable. We booked this house to go to Mirabilandia, which is about 7 kilometers away, so the location is strategic. I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay, in a very quiet place, with lots of natural and historical places to visit: the beaches, the Po Delta and its many reserves, Rimini, Comacchio and even Venice... Note that the bedding is particularly comfortable in a pleasant and clean house where there is everything you need. Tiziana, even without seeing her we can say it, is a very friendly person, a perfect hostess.

There were three of us in Cervia for five days. The property is centrally located, beach very accessible. The parking is about 3 minutes away and is also no problem. The rooms of the apartment are sufficiently large and equipped with sufficient inventory. In addition, the apartment is super clean, like new. The living room, if used for sleeping, is not as suitable for noise-sensitive people, and closing the metal gate next door is also associated with a noise background.
