Mole's Cottage, Minting Horncastle is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a luxurious self catering cottage set within the grounds of a private house. The cottage itself is all on one level, has its own large tarmac parking area, fully enclosed private patio furnished with BBQ, Table, Chairs etc. Step outside and use the enclosed hot tub or maybe stroll 100 steps to the indoor heated pool. The hot tub and pool are for your own private use.

You will be comfortable, in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed & Freeview TV, and one single (further beds on discussion with host); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. All This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Fully furnished and serviced mid-terraced property (completed Sept 2022) with its own drive to the front of the house for 1 large car or 2 medium sized cars. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the sea front and the train station is literally at the end of the road along with a car park. *Free use of an EV charger during stay.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The apartment is a short walk from The University of Lincoln (0.4 miles) and the Brayford Pool area (0.3 miles) with restaurants and shops with the main High St shops being another couple of minutes stroll away. The train station (0.7 miles) and the historic Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle (0.9 mile). Sainsburys local across the road.

The Stable

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

Village location very quiet. But close to all amenities within a short walk. 3 minutes walk from Nottingham, Trent University. few minutes walk to number one bus stop. that takes you to Trent Bridge the forest, football ground (both 16 mins)and into the city (22 mins). Skylink bus directly to East Midlands airport. Morrisons supermarket is a short walk away 10 mins. Tesco express garage. With kfc and McDonald’s next door to the garage just across the main rd. from the village

We provide all the linen, towels and there is a fully equipped kitchen. We can sleep 4 with 2 singles and a double - we could add another bed if you need 4 separate beds - just let us know!
