Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

The Rectory Cottage was wonderful. Well-appointed, stylish, and in a great location. Joanna was the perfect host. Accommodating and always available to answer questions. Will stay here again on our next visit to Stamford.

The house and gardens are amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean, the house and gardens are in first class condition, and the rooms are all very comfortable. We all made use of the cinema room which is a real treat. There is a small shop just across the road, and there are several supermarkets close by. We didn’t use the nearest pub,The Rising Sun, but it is very close by and easily walkable. We did try to get in for lunch on Easter Sunday, but it was fully booked so I’m presuming it is good.

Excellent accommodation, could not fault anything, welcome touches were very much appreciated. Excellent location for Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Carol was a fantastic host. When we arrived she as there to greet us. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, tidy, warm and everything we needed was there, even towels for the dog. We had a peaceful time. Lovely grounds which the dog enjoyed running around. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Carol.

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

We were really fortunate to stay here as a family with our two young children. The lodge was stunning and everything had been thought of. Everything was to an extremely high standard and Sue was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are already planning on returning. We would 100% recommend to anyone. This was such a lovely place to stay, we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Woodhall Spa. Sonia’s place was perfect, modern, super clean and fresh. Local area is so private, wide streets and really quiet and relaxing. Short walk from pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was amazing too. Great security which made use feel extra safe and secure. Thank you again Sonia for an amazing stay! Will for sure be visiting again! 😍😍😍

Originally stayed here with my daughter and loved it so I eventually came back and brought my husband. He now knows why we raved about Mulberry Mews! He absolutely loves it too. Such a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Everything is so classy with lovely touches. As everyone mentions, the bathroom is to die for. We’ve been discussing how we could turn our own house into the same sanctuary! We’ve had a lovely relaxing weekend and totally chilled. Fantastic hosts, lovely all round luxury and such lovely touches… I could go on but I’m running out of space. Thank you both once again. We will return again x

We loved staying at Anderby creek it was beautiful. The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable beds. Great shower and amenities loved having breakfast in the friendly cafe downstairs and walking the dog on the beach and coastal paths on the doorstep. Would highly recommend. The Dean family ☺️

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

The location is perfect. You can leave the car and walk everywhere, 2 minutes walk to the castle and cathedral with so many other interesting places nearby. The flat itself is lovely, comfortable and spacious. Being next to the hotel means you can have breakfast there, which we did, and supper if you want. We had a problem with the heating which took a while to sort but they were very attentive and sorted it eventually. The bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable beds. Shower was in the bath which was ok. Lincoln castle is a wonderful place and the wall walk memorable. The cathedral is amazing. A lot of tea shops and places to have supper all nearby.
