Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

We had a lovely couple of nights here and we ll definitely be trying to book this again it was perfect for me and our family also the dog. Claire also makes the best bread I’ve ever had would now definitely recommend taking her up on her meals as I’m sure they are bang g aswell 10/10 really happy with everything

Just back from a lovely stay in a cracking cottage. Jennifer was such a welcoming and friendly host. Very peaceful setting, surrounded by wildlife but in easy reach of local attractions and amenities.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Had an absoloutly beautiful stay in this gorgeous cottage. Very clean and homely. Had everything we needed. The location is ideal for a peacfull stay in the countryside while still being close enough to visit the surrounding areas. We'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful we were a bit worried 16 of us sharing but it was so spacious and the rooms were spread out. The kids also loved the park and feeding the animals in a morning

Caravan was clean and very cosy, and had everything you could possibly need! Was in a very quiet area but the directions took me straight there. Incredibly friendly hosts who replied instantly to my message when I had a minor problem. Even my dogs had a great time there and enjoyed meeting the sheep. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow. We stayed at Helen’s Barn for two nights and it was honestly incredible. The decor, amenities, and all the small, thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Helen even left treats and toys for our dog Bentley, which was so appreciated. The barn is tucked away in a peaceful, scenic area—perfect for switching off from busy London life. The Jacuzzi was a total hit, especially being able to relax while taking in the stunning views. We were also welcomed with cupcakes, bread, butter, sweets, granola, and fresh milk, plus board games for cosy nights in. Helen was always just a message away and even let us know the barn was ready earlier than expected, which was so thoughtful. This has honestly been the best Airbnb stay I’ve had—absolutely faultless. I’ll definitely be back when I need another peaceful break. Thank you, Helen!

We had a lovely couple of nights away at The Silos. This was a last minute booking, the hosts were super friendly and gave easy instruction’s and The Silos were spotless and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home, the addition of a bottle of Prosecco, Crisps, Fresh Eggs and Milk were a nice additional touch. We were looking for a peaceful weekend and this more than delivered. We will definitely recommend and plan to come back. Thanks

We loved our stay at the barn. It was so quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were after. Rebecca and James gave great check-in instructions and were responsive to our queries. We also loved that the barn had everything we needed for cooking and staying in, which is perfect because there isn’t a lot around.

Our stay was lovely, the cottage was even better than shown in the images and very cosy - the place is beautifully furnished and very well set out. The paddock was well kept and our dog loved to have a run around in it. Communication from Camilla was perfect, quick to reply and very useful information given. The breakfast bits left were also a lovely touch, Thank you!!

The Roost is a beautiful spacious, immaculately clean place to stay. Everything you need for a home away from home. Lovely Easter touches made it so pretty. Beautiful, peaceful location with a lovely fully enclosed garden for our dog. Will definitely be back here when we next come to stay in Spalding.

Casey gave clear instructions and was a responsive host meaning he was always on hand to answer any questions. My friends and I visited for my 30th birthday and it was the perfect getaway, the hot tub was my favourite part! We were able to have our own private space and with so much to do, we left feeling like we wanted to stay an extra night. Definitely recommend!

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We’re regular AirBnB users, at least 3 or 4 per year for over 15 years, as early adopters of the app. This is by far our favourite place, and everything it should be - by which I mean distinct from hotels and B&Bs: interesting, unique, and with diligent hosts who care. This was our 2nd time staying at Edward and Liz’s delightful cottage, liking it so much last time that we brought more of the family back this trip. It’s a lovely, characterful farmhouse with everything you’d need for a comfortable break, beautifully maintained gardens and all of this set in lovely fields with cows coming to say hello to the kids after breakfast. Our children love the separate games room in the barn, and being able to wander freely in the countryside. This time with our larger party we also took advantage of the annexe, with two vintage caravans set in a grassy courtyard with its own bathroom and well-appointed dining areas, inside and out. Highly recommended.

An amazing property in a great location. The views were incredible! Check in was very easy, communication was great and even a mid trip amendment was no problem. The property was clean, well supplied and perfectly described. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Isobel was a fantastic host. We appreciated the extras left for us and enjoyed the log burning fire every evening during our stay. The surrounding area is stunning! Maps and guidence for local walks were provided, which we definitely took advantage of during the nice weather. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend a stay at The Garden House.

Booked a couple of nights away for my wife’s birthday we wanted somewhere to just relax and get away from it all. Pleased to say that is exactly what we did. The hayloft has been restored beautifully and we wished we could have stayed in it for longer! We had our 2 miniature dachshunds with us and it’s perfect for dog owners too. We went on a couple of nice long walks in the beautiful surroundings. Quite a cold time of year but once back inside and the wood burning stove heats up along with the spa bath (which steals the show) you heat up in no time. There are a couple of pubs nearby one of which is the penny farthing, we had lunch at one of the days which was also very good with friendly staff. All in all a great trip hosted by the lovely Sherry who made us feel at home straight away and she has done a lovely job of restoring the building with so much thought and little details.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.
