The 2 apartments are well furnished. There is everything you need. We felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice Time in the Flat of Futzum. He was quick to respond and very friendly. The flat itself is nicely equipped, very clean, and spacious. The bathroom is a dream 😊 The neighbourhood is very quiet, and there are many shops in the vicinity. I highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Kassel and stay in a nice environment.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. The location was perfect – quiet but still close to all the main attractions. We used the property for an extended hiking weekend. It was perfectly stocked, especially the playroom created great enthusiasm with our children. It was really perfect, everything as we needed, quiet and generously sized. It was a great vacation and we can fully recommend the accommodation and will certainly come back again, as we have not yet walked all the stamps;)

We stayed in a women's group to relax and get down for a weekend in Kathrin and Juliet's beautiful house. We especially liked the homely and cozy atmosphere. It was still a little chilly in the house the first evening, but with fireplace and wool blankets, which were also available, we were still able to enjoy our time wonderfully. Kathrin proactively asked if we needed anything and went out of her way to give us a wonderful time. We stayed in beautiful Göttingen and then relaxed in the sauna in the evening. Everything ample, which was described and everything in great shape. Had a great time! Thank you two!

The cottage was extremely child friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the cottage!

We had a super nice weekend with 2 dogs. The apartment was bigger than expected and was well equipped. We lacked nothing. Just around the corner there is a small supermarket where you can get everything and nearby there are many great opportunities for hiking. We would come back.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Super nice view from the window to the surrounding area and beyond. Contact with Michel was also very nice and very helpful. If we end up in the Harz again, we'll be happy to come back.
