Holiday rentals with beach access in Liverpool

Great host and fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend for buisiness or pleasure. We were well looked after with great communication and will use again when in the area, great value for money, everything as advertised. Many Thanks to John and his helpful team.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Gaye and Roger were so welcoming and friendly. We used it as a base to see our son and his family abd it was perfect. We would love to come back.

Darren was a most attentive host. On arrival he met me personally and acquainted me with some of the features of the flat to make sure I was comfortable. I was delighted to find complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk had been provided. Not to mention jaffa cakes too (coincidentally I adore these ☺️ ) Thoughtful touches all round; such a warm welcome. Without any reservation I truly enjoyed my 6 week stay. The apartment itself was just beautiful. It was tastefully furnished. I loved the understated accents round the flat. It was a space in which I could unwind and decompress after a busy day. So warm and cosy - just what I needed on cold winter nights🤗 Great location:I was spoilt for choice when it came places to eat out as there are plenty good ones South Road.The flat is well served by public transport - Waterloo Rail Station and bus stop is about a 2 minute walk at most.

Thomas was a very accommodating host, moving check in times to work around our travel plans. He was also very responsive to messages. The property was in a good location with parking. We had a slight issue with the locks but Thomas came out quickly to rectify. Property was clean and well equipped. There was tea and coffee, cleaning products and toilet roll which was nice as some of these places don’t have that! My only suggestion would be to provide instructions to use the hob and oven, they were a bit over engineered so took me a while to work out how to use it!

This is our 3rd time coming back to Liverpool and I’ll have to stay it was the best! Have to give a big thanks to the host for being so helpful in all ways possible, and another thank you for providing the best place to stay. The apartment is easily accessible, hygiene standards are very good and there are plenty of things to do around. Overall is one of the best places we have stayed in and would highly recommend.

A pleasure to return to this property, which is clean, cosy, well-equipped and ideally situated, close to the train station, the beach, cafes and shops. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely recommended!

Great last minute stay at Robyn’s place, helpful, responsive host and the place was lovely.

The house was perfect for our short stay to watch a match. Very clean and Lukman was very friendly and helpful.

The place was lovely, very clean and full of cool pop culture points. Ste was extremely helpful and provided some lively bits for brekkie in the morning. lovely stay with great transport links to Liverpool and easy walk in to Birkenhead centre

Reb made us feel welcome from the very first contact. She has a lovely home, spotless with everything you could want. She ensured we have everything we needed included lots of materials about things to do and see locally - even a map with everything marked on. She was very responsive to messages. Perfect host. I hope to stay again.

Wow! This apartment is absolutely stunning. Fixtures and fittings were amazing, the apartment was spotless. You have done an amazing job making this a home from home. Blown away! Great location in a quiet spot. There are some great features; sliding barn door, claw bath, lighting, feature plant wall in kitchen - so thoughtfully put together. The rooms were so spacious, we were gutted to leave after just a couple of days! We loved it so thank you.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Jan's beautiful flat. It really does feel like home and is so near everything. We will definitely be back!

The flat is on the top floor and overlooks Royal Liverpool Golf Course. It is a short walk to Hoylake so great location. Access is via a metal spiral staircase at the rear of the building and up some steep steps up to the door so it’s a bit tricky with a suitcase and not suitable for less mobile people. Inside the flat there are also steps but overall it is a great location and a really nice place.

We loved Lynn's place. Perfect location - really handy for the Marina, local beach strolls and the train station - 30 mins to Liverpool. The flat was just perfect and the thoughtful extras of biscuits and wine were an added bonus . we will be back.

I LOVE this place, so unique and such a unexpected view out to sea. Decorated to a high standard with every thing you could possibly need. Lovely art on the walls too. Definitely come back again

From Start to Finish Diane couldn't do enough for me, went well above and beyond - whether it was information required, places to eat, walks etc - you name it Diane helped the property is beautiful right throughout. The views are ridiculously good. Could see Wales right across the Irish Sea I went for a chilled break and probably slept the best I've had in ages. I highly recommend this property 👌

Zoe was super helpful from start to finish especially on the morning of arrival checking sleeping arrangements and should we need extra bedding/sofa beds set up. Apartment was absolutely stunning. Spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining table with exceptional views. Extra decorations for Christmas made it feel very homely and a bowl of treats left for us, along with some wine was a very nice touch. I would 100% recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thanks again to Zoe for making it a very special Christmas stay to visit family.
