This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

Stay with family, friends or have the house to yourself, all the comforts of home you need. Nice back garden for BBQs and small get togethers. Spacious living room and comfy beds in each room. The house is based in maghull 5 minutes walk from the train station with a train directly into town that comes frequently and gets you to the centre in 20 mins Maghull is a quiet area outside the city centre that has restaurants pubs and any other amenities you could want. The toilet / bathroom is unattached from the property a short walk away. Located on the coast, 2min walk you are on the dunes and sandy beach to stroll uninterrupted for approximately 7 miles. Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep.
