Holiday rentals with a balcony in Locarno District

We fully enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. All emails were answered promptly, kindly and committed and the reception was just as friendly. The swimming beach and the old town of Ascona are within walking distance, as are the shopping facilities and the bus stop. Nevertheless, the apartment itself is pleasantly quiet.

The place was perfect and the view was beautiful - only recommend this place!

Nice Appartment, great location. Easy check-in

We stayed at Casa Margarita for a week and were very comfortable there. The cottage offers enough space and has great amenities (especially in the kitchen). It was very clean and tidy and the cottage is really very nice and quiet - the neighborhood also totally friendly! Communications with the rental was extremely easy and quick. The only problem was with the mosquitoes. We couldn't sit outside or open doors/windows, it was like a mosquito plague, but of course the rental/owner can't help it. This only serves as a small note for the following tenants :)

Beautifully view over the Lago and super close to Val Verzasca. We very much enjoyed our stay here, perfect for bringing our dog along :)

Check in / check out simply organized, kitchen relatively well equipped. House is located a little off the road up the slope. The house is not directly accessible by car (parking but right down the slope). Basically no problem, but for someone with E.G. STROLLERS, it would be tedious to reach. Room rather ringing. Spacious living/dining room.

Great place is Ascona! 1 bedroom is private, the other one is connected to the living room and there's no real seperation. the pool is amazing and generally the house is perfcet just make sure you come prepared with food and toileteries as it's very basic.
