Come Relax and Enjoy the Breathtaking Views

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. Casa Müsu is a charming, fully renovated rustic little one. It is located at the foot of the Vogorno lace, halfway between Locarno and the pools of Verzasca in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first room is on the second floor of the main body - it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed with a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as pictured) or two single beds. A third lounger can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).
