Studio de 25m² dans maison récente (2017) avec entrée indépendante et place de parking situé sur le passage du GR34. Plusieurs restaurants et la plage du coz pors sont accessibles à pieds en qq minutes. À proximité de la maison, et accessible à pieds également, se situent l'aquarium ainsi que le forum de la mer (piscine d'eau de mer à 30° et spa). L'heure d'entrée les lieux se fait à partir de 15h. On ne vous garantit pas le soleil mais on peut vous garantir du bon vin !! (Yves est caviste).

This 2 room, fisherman's hut type, is located 300 m from the Dossen beach (surf spot, kitesurfing and windsurfing, windsurfing), one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of North Finistère. It is on the ground floor of the house with private garden/shed for your equipment. In the immediate vicinity, you can walk on many GR 34 coastal trails, in the forest (sports course) and discover the cities of character of the surroundings (Roscoff St Pol deLéon, Morlaix). No TV but wifi available!

The studio 10m from the beach and 5 min drive to restaurants, shops, casino, Thalasso, and especially the famous pink granite rocks of Ploumanach by the customs trail. You will enjoy my 20 m2 accommodation for the panoramic sea view and its comfort: 1st floor with elevator, electric relaxing bed 2x70x200, BZ 140x190, umbrella bed with baby mattress. Meal facing the sea, large parking. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay, for couples, with a child or solo.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent duplex of 67 m², exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. Enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for a check-in after 4 P.M. and a checkout at 10 A.M., for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Beautiful bright apartment

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 140 . Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.
