Warm and quiet apartment with 3 rooms, very well located in the heart of the city, very bright and crossing, on the 1 floor of a small building at the beginning of the pedestrian street. 3 minute walk to the port, shops, services and restaurants, cinema and quick access to Tossen beach, swimming pool, GR, bus, train station. Private outdoor parking lot visible from rooms, intercom. Quality bedding (including queen bed 160). Supply of sheets, beds made on arrival, towels, dish towels and hand towels.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent duplex of 67 m² exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floor of a building classified heritage of the 20th century (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for an arrival after 16:00 and a departure at 10:00, for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Beautiful bright apartment

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 140 . Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.
