Beautiful house very well arranged and decorated, very functional. In a charming village near the remarkable site of Ménéham and the beautiful Côte des Légendes. Diana's welcome was particularly efficient and warm with delicious sweet touches upon arrival. We really enjoyed it!

Sylvie and her husband were adorable, helpful, very understanding. they are very human people with extreme kindness. you can book your vacation in their little house with your eyes closed. it's a small house with a crazy charm. everything is thought with great taste. There were three of us with 4 dogs - yes with 4 dogs there. The fenced large property was a true paradise for two and four-legged friends, whether having breakfast outside in the morning, reading in the hammock or spending time with the ball. The beautiful garden had something to offer for everyone. Walking from the house was totally unproblematic and absolutely relaxing, whether to the sea or along the fields fragrant after hay and meadow flowers. The house was very clean and there was nothing missing, we have never had such a top equipped house before!!!! We were completely for us and there was a question, then Laurent responded immediately. The scenery and small towns are a dream, the sea and the beaches a little bit of paradise. In every way, recommended for people who want to get away from it all.

We stayed at this beautiful location for two weeks. A very charming place, thoughtfully setup with all the necessities for a pleasant vacation. While the house is obviously old, it has been prepared well, to accommodate 4 adults with ease. As two of the bedrooms are connected and one is only to be entered through the other, it would maybe also work for a family with kids. We were only two (plus two dogs) and had ample room. The location is wonderful. You are at the bay within just a few minutes and also city center is just a walk away. While there are smaller shops nearby, also large supermarkets are to be found in less than 10min by car. The coast offers lots of trails to talk hour long walks and the scenery is just stunning. We highly recommend staying at Baptiste's house and communication was great. P.S. The staircases are small, but don't be discouraged as we got used to it within a day

Superb rental with beautiful bay views and several beaches within walking distance 5 min. Very nice pool. The house is very suitable for children. A very nice week spent at Tycoat!

Second time we went and always a pleasure; this house is very well designed and pleasant to live in, very bright. We also discovered a walking trail that goes from the house to the port and then to the city center of Perros. In addition, a new supermarket/gas station is just around the corner. Very good location therefore.

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was great. Having your own private pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had our one year old spaniel with us who loved all the outdoor space. You need a car to get around but there was plenty of things to do. We did struggle to find beaches that allowed dogs (due to the time of the year) but to be honest we had the pool so we weren’t bothered. Ophelie and her husband were excellent hosts and were flexible and understanding with us with our late arrival and early departure. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

a great family stay, walk on Les Amiets beach 2 minutes from the house, the games for children are very well thought out and very convenient. The house is perfect, the bedding is spotless and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped and allows you to have nothing to bring, the decor is superb, the pool is easy to maintain and the depths and temperature are perfect. Secluded and peaceful place, in nature with birdsong, a pond with biting fish, a heated pool for children and 30 minutes to the beach. What else?! Very well furnished and spacious. And the wifi connection is very good. The owners live next door but are extremely discreet, while being very responsive when needed. If we return to the area it will be in this home again.

Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other days of internship to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. Aurélie and Régis' place is perfect, everything is there, Aurélie was waiting for us when we arrived, very nice, nothing is missing in the house, it feels good, the pool is great to relax and the proximity to the beach is a stone's throw away to walk around a real plus. We stayed with 6 adults, 3 infants and 2 dogs, everything went very well. The place was nicely decorated for Christmas, clean and enough space for everyone, we didn't lack anything. Thank you again to our host who was responsive and very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

After a fabulous month at Erwin’s place, I wish I could give it six stars ! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything is as it was represented. The cooking wear in the kitchen was quite extensive, and you can make just about anything you want. The home is walkable to the beach, and if the wind the right directions you can hear the waves. Bonus: The WiFi is fast, it was great for our working vacation. I could go on, but read the other reviews. This place is delightful. Highly recommend.

The house is very nice, we did not feel like we were in the middle of a construction site ( this one had to move forward...). the bedrooms upstairs are spacious and bright, the living room on the ground floor large and cozy. great kitchen, beautiful bathroom... veranda that brings lots of light and allowed us to have lunch in a t-shirt in November! Small bonus: full of care in the cabinets. We didn't use it, but it's welcoming. Finally, communication with the owner is excellent. Truly a perfect stay! And of course, the coast, 10 minutes by car, is beautiful! Le Finistère what ☺️
