Modern and cozy loft in a central location.

NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Our Beautiful Chalet

Our home is situated in the centre of the village of Lofer, which is a small market town. The beauty of Lofer is it is both a summer and winter resort. A five minute walk to ski lifts, bars, restaurants, shops, children's play park and swimming pool. Also lovely for long or short walks a hop and a skip away; beautiful hiking areas, mountain & road cycling, climbing, white-water rafting & kayaking, canyoning and relaxing; all available in the summer. Skiing and snow park in winter.

The cozy apartment was renovated in 2019 and features a large living room with couch and separate sleeping and dining area and furnished balcony. The large, beautiful indoor pool in the house with views of the park and the surrounding green areas with pond and seating areas are ideal for relaxation and free use. Starting point for activities in nature, enjoying the magnificent castle environment , wellness and culinary delights in the neighbouring inn and quiet living !
