Ideal for discovering the Mayenne with its greenway nearby (ideal for cycling). The accommodation is fully equipped and renovated. Common outdoor entrance with that of the owner, shared gate and courtyard but independent studio at the back of the dwelling. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Access to jaccuzi on request.

In the heart of the vineyards, you will enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside and the many visits around (Chenonceaux, Amboise, Le Clos Lucé, Zoo Parc de Beauval only 20 min away). Many activities await you (swimming, tastings, balloon flight, canoe). The cottage is air-conditioned and has a nice terrace.
