Great spot for our family including grandparents. Home is spacious with character and has good space inside and outside. Hosts was responsive and the small animal farm was amazing for our kids!

The House of Happiness everything was great the decor, a warm atmosphere, the amenities, I have rarely seen such a well-equipped kitchen, the pool, the games and the beautiful garden. So many kinds of trees and flowers are a feat! this place breathes love. There were 8 of us, including two kids, and we were able to create wonderful memories. A big thank you.

A lovely house in a very peaceful part of the Loire valley. Great garden and pool for kids and adults alike. Very relaxing place to spend a week. Whilst simply decorated, everything was clean and worked well. Very well equipped kitchen plus dishwasher so that made life easy! Would recommend to 2-3 families as lots of space

The house is beautiful, large spaces, absolutely nothing missing. It's just that the parking is a little tight especially if you come with several cars but apart from that no complaints

We had a great weekend with the family. Beautiful accommodation both inside and outside, spacious and very well equipped. Lots of charm! A quiet and refreshing place, beautiful surrounding nature. Lovely walks in the woods or on the banks of the Loire. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the outdoor activities with the rain (badminton...) but the covered pool, well heated was really great! I would recommned this property.

We spent a 3-day stay in this lovely, well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake of water and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We will come back to test the outdoor pool. I recommend! We had a great time at Frédérique's place. She is a thoughtful host, always available and very responsive to our requests. The house was superb, offering all the comforts for a successful holiday. We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

We rented both the Nikishi and Rheum apartments for our stay and loved both spaces! Valerie is a truly wonderful host, so very thoughtful and welcoming, and the property could not be more beautiful and peaceful. The apartments had all the comfort one could need, including quality bedding/linens, and comforts like tea and coffee. There is so much to explore on the property itself, and even more to discover within an hour's drive. My family cannot recommend this property and Valerie enough! We will be back!

Very nice house, spacious and super equipped! There were 15 of us to spend 3 days with friends for the New Year. Accessible and heated swimming pool, very nice pellet stove, all the essentials to eat and sleep at 15 while each having their own space! Stéphanie who welcomed us is great!
