This 100 year old charmer features a new kitchen, sun-filled porch, fenced yard and private driveway. Our 4 bedroom/ 1.5 bath home has all the comforts of home including all linens and beach accessories. An EV charger is available and we are dog-friendly! Family House with all amenities. Steps from the beach. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Two stores house. SELF CHECK IN. Home is close to the beach, parks, and restaurants. Enough parking lot for ab 4 cars(URL HIDDEN) House is dog friendly (2 pet max) extra fee for pets. There's not previous showing of the house while guests are staying, my guests privacy, and satisfaction are my goal. Price may vary for season to season. Property is smoke-free. Downstairs sun room, dining room , living room, kitchen and half bath. You can also add the back cottage to your rental as well. Outdoor shower. Large fully fenced in backyard with fire pit and grill, sit back and relax. Minutes from the beach, park, boat & jet ski rental. Tons of parking at beach. 5 beach passed included.

Cozy beach cottage on beach block just 5 houses to the beach. Amazing family friendly location and community. Close to all, donut shop around the corner, restarants, Shopping, Wawas, mini golf, pickle ball courts…it is truly special! Fully renovated, 2br/1ba, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, pull out couch, dining, open layout, new appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, minisplit AC, picnic table, bbq, outside rinse off. Everything is brand new!!
