Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Long Beach Island

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

We were in town for some concerts at the Hard Rock and decided to get a shared place instead of cramming into a hotel room. The space was perfect for the three of us and we had plenty of room to lounge around during the day. The space is walking to distance to several places like the liquor store, The Seed, several restaurants, and even the boardwalk. We had one really nice day, and even though it was the middle of February, we took the beach cruisers down to the boardwalk. So much fun and such an added bonus!

We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy, and there were lots of nice extras which we really appreciated. We had one small issue which the owners were super responsive to, and they even followed up to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time at this great house in Ventnor. It was a very comfortable house with updated kitchens and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable (something that is super important to me on vacation). The location was perfect! The porches were great for relaxing. The air conditioning worked very well (there was a pretty big heat wave while we were there and we were always comfortable). I would stay there again. All in all, highly recommend!! I also recommend Nucky's Restaurant which is right up the street. We had takeout and also visited the restaurant and the food was always excellent.

We visited with our dogs during the off season. We found the home as described in this listing. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. We made use of the keurig each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Easy drive over the bridge to LBI. We actually planned to rent a place on LBI when we found this place and decided to give it a try — we ended up really loving beach haven west and this house and hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a nice house and great location - no complaints at all. When we got back home my 5 year old daughter said "I wish that airbnb was our home"!

Dongmei was easy to communicate with. She replied within 15 mins. The place was very convenient to the boardwalk and beach.

Edward was very responsive to all of our inquiries, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Jean and Beth are great hosts. Super responsive and flexible. We had a great time in Ventnor City. Very easy going, walkable, huge beach, good cafes and restaurants. We weren't familiar with the area, so didn't expect to be so close to Atlantic City. Ended up being really fun. The backyard is beautiful. Small and cozy apartment. Pups had a great time.

Henry’s house was perfect for our weekend stay at the Jersey shore. The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. Henry was a helpful host and the minute you walk into the place you can tell he cares about his guests. Great place, great host, 10 minute drive to the beach and reasonably priced.

Awesome Place! From the minute we walked into lights on and music playing to the minute we left we were extremely satisfied!!!! Very large shower with high pressure and height, everything you need to cook meals, snacks left for us that took the edge off of the long travel to get to our destination. Beautiful view to wake up to, swans off the deck. We truly loved this place and will return. Thank you so much Wendy!

it was very relaxing at Colleen's place. The front porch was a nice place to sit with my coffee. The beach was close and town was too. We had trouble with the key pad at first, but we were doing it the wrong way. Colleen responded quickly. She was a great host.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

What a perfect place to stay in OCNJ! The ramp to the boardwalk is right outside of the building. Clear instructions to find the building and get inside. Covered parking space is close to the building’s entrance. The condo is lovely, just like the photos, and has everything needed. Kimberly was very responsive and an excellent host. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The space was very comfortable and has a great view. The ideal space for a single or two people getaway. The view is definitely something to look at with a nice seating area to watch the ocean waves. Jennifer’s condo is perfect for a couple or even a couple with young kids. It’s just right, super convenient and better than the listing. Nicely appointed and thoughtfully furnished and supplied. And Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!
