Beach house holiday rentals in Longboat Key

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home is exactly as described - beautifully decorated and has a perfect layout for a family of five to spread out and relax. Really appreciated the proximity to the beach (steps away) and the availability of the beach accessories and cart. Mark was super responsive when needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to book a future stay.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

This home was so perfect for our beach vacation, we especially liked the covered porch facing the beach with the big gum tree in front of it. All the amenities were provided, we had a grill to enjoy, so comfortable. We will definitely be back to enjoy it more!

Very beautiful place to stay and in walking distance to John’s Pass. Host was very polite and responsive in messaging them. Would definitely visit again!

It was our first time staying in this area and it was wonderful. David's place was perfect. Being on the bay and right across the street from the ocean amazing. We also spent some time fishing on the dock and playing some corn hole in the common area below which was also great. We hope to be back again soon. Definitely worth the money.

The house was wonderful. Lots of room for all of us. The Golf cart available for rental was well worth the extra money. The kids loved it. The Golf of Mexico was really only a 10 minute walk. You could see the water from the house. The house was clean and Elzbieta answered any questions we had right away. The pool area was wonderful. We had a blast playing in it with the kids. The only thing I could complain about was there was hardly enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and only 2 laundry pods for the 6 days we were there. Other than that it was great!! Thanks so much Elzbieta!!

Adam was a great host and very responsive with requests to heat the pool and spa. He made everything very easy. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning, stripping beds, or taking out the trash cans to the street. I felt that I could truly relax. I was traveling with an infant, so the highchair and crib made life so much easier. I didn’t expect those things so that was a great surprise. Grill even had an extra propane tank that we needed and I was very grateful that it was there halfway through cooking dinner.

The Castaway Cottage was exactly as described. Beautiful, clean and close to everything! Beds were comfy and sheets were so soft. The shower is AMAZING and of course the pool was a hit when you need a break from the beach. Amanda was quick to respond and her list of restaurants was very helpful and what we tried were all excellent. Everyone was friendly in the neighborhood and there were 2 parrots and an egret that would visit us by the pool often. Last, we rented their buggy for the week, it was charged and ready to go as soon as we arrived and hated to get back in a car. If you’re looking for a great place to stay look no further.

Ammey & Ammey’s place was simply awesome. A hidden gem—calm & peaceful. Clean place with a great pool in a beautiful setting, steps from the sand. We loved having coffee in the screened in porch looking at the pool and beautiful landscape. Thank you, Ammey for sharing your place with us when we needed a break from the world. Would stay there over and over!

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

We had an amazing stay. The house was in a perfect location. The place was very clean and had all the necessities. It was close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Mikes Pizza and Pub and Kooky Coconut were great places to order from. My kids loved the pool and the nature park that was within walking distance. Beach toys, umbrellas and chairs were provided by the host. My family can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay at Anna’s place 4 mins from the beach ! We had a group of 4 . Everyone enjoyed the layout of the home. A little space for each of us . We enjoyed a few days out ( one day in Tampa) and one full day of “ pool time “ Thanks again , everyone really enjoy your home and the area was very convenient to bounce around for some nice day trips .

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

Tyka was the most amazing host, I’ve ever had! Her place is stunning, relaxing and accommodating. The plants and landscape around the pool, in the home and out front are amazing. We’d like her to come to Maine and figure out our gardens! She, herself was amazing as well, very accommodating, friendly and respectful of our privacy. We had a small issue with the ac and she was all over it! Communicated like no other! We felt more like she was our friend and not just a host. She was wonderful! Congrats to Tyka for achieving only what other hosts dream of! Loyalty… this will be my go to place when I’m in Florida!

Stunning views, great space and the water for swimming is perfect for small children. The shallow water extends very far from the beach and they loved playing!!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Betty is an excellent host. Clean and spacious for a studio! Loved the pool. Close to Siesta Beach and nice restaurants. We will definitely come to rest and relax at this peaceful Airbnb. Thank you

This house was an amazing stay! Jeff and Lynne are amazing host as usual and I even had the pleasure of meeting them both this time. I’d there is anything you may need or even questions they are very responsive and helpful. The house is close to the beach and restaurants with a Publix and even a mall about 5-15 up the road. The house had everything I needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vaccination. They even have necessities for the beach. The setup of the house is spacious which I really loved. Can’t wait to hopefully stay again.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Linda’s home was truly a gem! So peaceful and relaxing! The ocean is literally steps away, with sunsets, swimming, sand, shells and shark’s teeth to hunt all day long!! We had everything we needed to feel at home, and more! Manasota Key was amazing and Linda’s home was a perfect location for our family’s get away!
