Beach house holiday rentals in Florida

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

Maia was fantastic! Went wayyy above and beyond for our Birthday & Anniversary weekend celebration. Great home with amazing spaces, patio, fire pit, hot tub & private walk way to the beach. Can’t wait to rent again!!

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

Wonderful responsive hosts! We very much appreciated all the beach gear and accommodations specific to our family (3 kids). The location is fantastic, close to downtown and a very short walk to the water. We walked to a restaurant and felt very safe.

Loved our stay here. Darin was very responsive and helpful with local tips. We didnt have any issues during our stay, but when I messaged, very quick to respond, and made sure to check in and let me know he would be out of service for a few, and then when back, and he made sure our check in/accessing the home went ok. All appreciated! The views of the bay are gorgeous, we had our kayaks, and was able to kick back and relax together as a family, and several things to do close by. We had a fabulous time and would definitely book again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

This home is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! From the moment you pull up to this aesthetic and coastal house you feel right at home! Landscaping is beautiful and extremely PRIVATE with lush trees surrounding the pool! The house has EVERYTHING you need from dishes/cutlery, to hairdryer/iron, to beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers! Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! We have stayed at a lot of airbnb's and this is definitely one of our FAVORITES!!!! I 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay at Anna's place! A short drive to both Clearwater and St. Petersburg, and plenty to do nearby. The house was very comfortable for two families with 2 toddlers and 1 infant. We were so happy that Anna's house came equipped with a high chair and pack and play (both well taken care of and squeaky clean)! It was a great home base for us with the pool, and we felt great having the kids run around since Anna set up a safety net before our arrival. Awesome stay, highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing vacation! Perfect location and great amenities. Our daughter had a blast in the pool. Sunsets were perfect. Waking up to the view of the water every morning was beautiful

We had four adults and 3 kids (ages ~2-4) in the house and it was perfect! The pool was perfect for kiddos and they had everything we needed from pool and beach equipment for them. The rooms were quiet, cool and dark and perfect for napping and sleep. Definitely a more quiet area, but the that’s exactly what we wanted and needed with the kiddos. Was easy to spend a few hours at the beach before naps and then pool tome before dinner. Also loved that it was a salt-water pool and it was the perfect temp.

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

Loved the private feel of the beach and the beautiful views from all the bedrooms and living room area as well as the decks! I would recommend this home! Also loved that the home and beach is pet friendly! Thank you for making our stay great!

Fantastic stay literal steps away from the beach. Girls trip for 3 had everything we needed! Restaurants and grocery stores super close. Especially loved the back porch on the ocean in the morning - and when too windy, the front porch was perfection. Can’t beat sunrise and sunset on same property. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds comfy. You won’t regret booking this. #propertyperfection.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. The house was beautiful and decor was like the pictures. It felt like home the first night we stayed. What a great week at this beautiful home! Anne was the perfect host and was here cleaning the pool every day. The home is spacious, updated and clean. Just a perfect launching spot for all of our family adventures around town and at the beaches. Look no further for the perfect place in NSB!

Incredible private beachfront property with lovely pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball court. Home was very clean and was equipped with many amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amazing home, in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with essentials that we needed, and didn’t even realize we may need! It was also a short distance to most of the activities we planned for our group. Also, Mark was an amazing host! He was extremely accommodating & available when we needed help, as well as responded within a short timeframe to all messages. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
