Great stay! The location is excellent, and having a dedicated parking spot made things so much easier—no need to park on the street. The host also provided some snacks and sodas, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay- plenty of space, full of light, quiet, and a great neighborhood. If you want to park in the parking garage, you do need a very small car (our Prius did fit). Also- I used an eye mask for sleeping as a balcony door near the bed allowed light in.

Lovely apartment. Clean, welcoming space, on a quiet one-way street and a short walk to the Metro. The place itself is cozy and decorated with just enough to make it feel comfortable, but not cluttered. It comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms - both rooms have a T.V and the mattresses were comfortable, linens very clean. The 2nd bedroom is large (1 double bed & 2 twin beds). So the apartment would work for a family of grandparents/parents/2 kids. Or friends (if 4 of them don't mind sharing 1 large bedroom). It would be less ideal for 2 couples. Sleeping more than 6 is a stretch. Keep in mind - the walls are thin. So if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Good place for a longer stay. Has a generous dining table and enough space in the kitchen to cook.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Kim was polite, courteous, and provided all necessary benefits and facilities to guarantee an enjoyable time. The apartment was clean and well appointed and the amenities worked perfectly. We were impressed with Kim's provision of free parking and thoughtful personal items and kitchen essentials like complimentary coffee, cooking utensils, cooking oil, a measuring cup, a first aid kit, extra towels, shampoo, blow dryer, body wash, etc. This was excellent overall service and distinguishes Kim as an outstanding host who gives customers the best. Our family enjoyed the wooden floors which made the apartment warm and cozy. We highly recommend Kim as a pleasant, reliable, and thoughtful person who goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

A perfect perch in the Plateau. Chris’ loft apartment is tucked away in lovely heritage building (yes with quite a few stairs). Don’t let that deter you, it will help burn the extra few calories from your delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. The tasteful renovation hits the high notes with a new kitchen, washroom and comfortable furniture. Everything was spotless, functional and relatively new. A lovely view of Mont Royal from the living room windows and a cozy perch on Rue Saint-Denis from the kitchen/dining room. Well appointed, including a nice new Nespresso with pods for morning coffee. All amenities were as described, king sized bed was comfortable and the washer/dryer are a nice add if you’re on an extended stay. Chris proactively communicated with us well in advance of our trip and provided clear instructions on access. We could not have asked for a better host. He was available throughout our trip. Hosts like Chris are what makes AirBnB great, thanks so much!

Had a nice stay! The location is great— close to everything you could need and completely walkable. We barely needed transportation because shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a short stroll away. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, making it easy to explore. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Sarah was responsive and welcoming. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable place in a prime location, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay and fantastic host!

Jason and Eric were excellent hosts! They were very responsive with any questions we had. The Airbnb was well stocked with everything we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, toiletries, and linens. The apartment was also immaculately clean when we arrived. Our group walked around the neighborhood quite a bit and enjoyed going to India Rosa and St. Viateur right nearby. We would recommend this apartment to any group 6+ visiting Montreal!

I cannot say enough positive words about Luc as a host! From the moment we booked, his kindness and attention to detail made the experience exceptional. The home itself is absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, inviting, and located in a fantastic spot in Montreal. Luc went above and beyond, arranging for an early grocery delivery and even unloading the groceries for us. It truly felt like arriving home. His thoughtful touches and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. I would recommend Luc’s place to anyone without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

This place was amazing and a great deal! The descriptions and instructions were clear and accurate. The neighborhood is wonderful and public transportation into downtown is quick and easy. During Winter, please keep in mind that parking is very difficult during snowy weather and special parking laws/bans will apply! Private lots are often full during snow. This is not unique to this neighborhood of Montreal, but it is worth understanding before staying anywhere in Montreal without private parking.

We had such an amazing holiday at Lillian’s AirBnB! The space looks better than the photos - she has exquisite taste! There was plenty of room, snacks, and she had put some chocolates and a welcome drink for us upon our arrival - such a wonderful treat to walk into! There were smart touches throughout and Lillian thought of all the things one would need for a snowy/rainy winter stay any beyond! The heated bathroom floor was another delightful surprise and treat - felt so lux! It was also spotless and on days where a lot was closed, it was a perfect space to just order in and binge watch some shows on her comfy couch. Lillian also was communicative throughout, despite it being a holiday. The space is in a very safe neighborhood with a lot to do just around it! If you wanted to go downtown or to Old Montreal or really anywhere else, it was a 10-20 minute drive away. And Ubers were plentiful in the area. Would highly recommend! Merci beaucoup, Lillian!
