The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Perfect location on Jaco Beach! You're within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, literally within a few blocks of you. The condo was spectacular, the views magnificent, and the service from Dream Maker's matched the quality of the property! 100% first-class in every way!!

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

Beautiful place with a very good location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores. You can walk to the beach and be there in less than 5 minutes. The condo has a very nice pool and you will feel safety there.

We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed every minute. Paul’s place is very spacious, has more than what you need to feel right at home and has a view worthy of a luxury resort. Paul is an excellent host. We highly recommend his stay at Jaco Bay.

I am a repeat guest at this property. I had wondered if my family and I would find the Villa as charming and relaxing as during our first visit, and I am pleased that was the case! What made it even more special was that this second visit was in a different season than the first, so the gorgeous Costa Rica flora and fauna presented new surprises and delights. How amazing to have close-up photos with a small band of Capuchin monkeys on this second visit -- just over the hill from the Villa's property. What was the same during the second stay was Cesar's excellent communication, the presentation and upkeep of the property, and the wonderful service and support of the caretaker, Hazel.

Rosana’s place is a hidden gem north of Jaco! We needed a place to stay close to San Jose for our last night in Costa Rica and we were blown away by the place we found. We really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Her home was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It’s conveniently located to Jaco and Carara National Park. The ocean, valley and mountain views from the private decks were beyond outstanding. It was a very short walk to a local beach. If you like to bird watch, this is the place to stay! The morning visit from the scarlet macaws in the trees above the rooftop deck was the best way to end our trip! Rosana was a great host. She was very responsive and took great care communicating everything we needed to know to find her place.

This air B&B was such a cute and quiet stay for my spouse and I. We felt very well at home! Thank you Carlos!

We had an amazing time here, stayed three weeks. The view is amazing. The pool is perfect for hot days. It’s located in a great place to attend many activities. Not far from ceviches in the village, a local market or the national park. Carlos is always helpful and ready to make your stay pleasant. If you’re lucky enough to get your days here don’t wait to book it! Pura Vida!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and tucked away in the highlands, away from the bustle of Jacó proper. Our car did fine going up the steep incline and after about a week of driving through the country, we were used to all the bumpy roads. Our only issue here was with the sink not draining, but we informed Paola and her husband fixed it promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Jacó. Quepos/Manuel Antonio is about an hour drive.

Very good Place to stay and site manager is very responsive. They send house keeping everyday to clean the house. It is very safe place to stay.

The place was super clean and tidy, excellent communication from the antifrion, the place is very quiet.

David’s place was great! You cannot beat the location and view. We were so thankful we chose this place, it was close to everything and he is a great host. We’d love to come back!

Fishing with the guys for a week. Have visited Los Suenos several times before but had not stayed at Bella Vista. The unit is perfect for 3-5 guys. Elevator a definite plus. Kitchen was well equipped. Over 3000 sft so you dont feel cramped. Will stay again for sure.

The place is very spacious and Cat and José's service is unbeatable. The house is beachfront. I have gone to this place twice and I recommend it 100%.

Beautiful place… everything clean and the house is very big, all what you need is in there. The rooftop view was exceptional to view the sky in the night is awesome. highly recommended for someone looking for luxury.

The house was awesome everyone had their own space. Only issue we had was one of the ac units was dripping and I messaged Mike about it and he was quick to respond and get it looked at and fixed. Locations was absolutely perfect and accommodates everything you need. Highly recommend this beautiful home. Will be returning in the near future

The house is just as shown in the photos, nice and cozy. Impeccable cleanliness, the surroundings are very peaceful, and it also has everything to be very comfortable. Flavia and Maurizio are very welcoming and attentive, and they are always ready to answer questions. The data that was given to us to know about the surroundings was very good. We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful space! Two families and we both had our own spaces upstairs and downstairs with our own kitchens and bedrooms for the kids. The pool was lovely and the surroundings were peaceful. We loved that we were only a 5 min drive from the beach and great restaurants, especially vida hermosa! Sunsets were epic. We wish we had more time to enjoy! Val and Oscar responded to us right away and were so helpful with recommendations etc. super friendly hosts! Thank you guys for an unforgettable time!
