Huge, traditionally furnished apartment in the heart of the Black Forest with an amazing view in the middle of nature. 110 m² (1200 ft²) with a great balcony, including a BBQ grill. The surrounding forest is only 2 minutes away by foot: an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a wellness tub, a cosy living room and a dining area. The two bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed.

Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic 450 soul village (near the town of Balingen) with Aunt Emma shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. Entire apartment in Black Forest!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. My parents (Rolf & Birgit) live in the lower apartment, welcome all guests warmly and make the check-in. The accommodation can only be booked without animals. Absolute smoking ban in the house! Smoking allowed on the balcony (close the balcony door!). After consultation with my parents, the barbecue and the garden can be used. My parents are also happy about contact with the guests. In the apartment there are some board games and the like.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Our "Apartment Talblick", renovated in 2022, is located in our old, original Black Forest farmhouse with beautiful views of Oberharmersbach and the Brandenkopf. Secluded and yet close to the center you can enjoy your holiday here. Hikes and bike rides can be started right outside the front door. A penny food discounter is within walking distance (600 meters). Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogtsbauernhöfe, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.

Outdoor whirlpool for persons persons 6 with wood heating. This must be heated yourself, duration about 2.5 to 3 hours. Wood is available. Not suitable for infants. The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 exploratory chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly bitch.
