Beachfront holiday rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here, simple and straightforward. Access was a breeze and everything was as described, would recommend!

Location! Location! Location! I plan to come back and never leave the condo, because although Jermeys beach front abode was perfection! And the entire property was well maintained, I found PCB (during spring break) to be a bit ratchet. For anyone wondering I was told outside of Spring Break PCB is less intense. Otherwise my family of 5 and fur babe loved our time at this immaculate condo and had everything we needed!

Location of this house is perfect. It is located one block from the beautiful Gulf and within a few blocks there is a restaurant and a great little grocery store with good prices. Kind of a strange floor plan but everything was comfortable, especially the beds. It was nice to have a fenced yard for our dog too.

It was a amazing experience at Gulfgate. We had a great time our fur babies had a great time as well. Overall, we loved our vacation experience. Thank you for making this easy for us. Mary Ann is a 5 star 🌟 host. Thank you for letting us stay at your Vacation unit 505. It was a great experience.

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

This house is perfect!! Great location to the beach access and everything else including restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. John responded within 30 mins to all questions. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

WE had an amazing stay. Sally was quick to answer our text. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. I loved that every age had plenty to do and enjoy. By far the best rental for family vacation we have ever booked. Hostess thought of everything you could need and added touches like games for all ages, outdoor seating, pool floats, etc. Thank you for opening your home for families like ours to enjoy. we'll be back!

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

Zeke & Abby’s place was so amazing! We had a great time and it was such a short & easy walk to the beach. The house was very nice and stocked with great necessities. Overall it was an amazing trip and I would definitely come back!

My Husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Air BNB. It’s a short walk to the beach, the condo itself is charming and the area is fantastic! The condo has everything you need for a week at the beach and is right within walking distance of a bike rental shop, our preferred way to get around the area for the week. We are already looking forward to coming back to 30A, thank you for sharing your space with us!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It was more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were able to cook with everything provided, blender for pina coladas, and very very clean! We enjoyed the games and Mrs Pac-Man so much! The deck and wash station made it convenient for coming on and off the beach without bringing in sand. Beds were comfy and clean. Seating on main floor was more than enough for everyone to hang out together. Huge washer and dryer made it convenient to get more laundry done. Extra large jetted tubs were a HIT for another opportunity to relax. Will definitely visit again!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We loved our time at Happy Place! An easy walk to the beach and no need to rent a golf cart if you don’t want to. It was easy to find, park, etc. There is also an elevator and convenient carts to use to load/unload. Communication was timely and super clear. It was also great in December to have a hot tub and heated pool. The only thing I would point out is that there are three flights of stairs to the unit (however there is an elevator in the middle of the complex) and stairs from the living room to the bedroom. It was no issue to us, but wanted to highlight it in case it is important for future guests to consider. We would 100% recommend staying here for a small family, girls trip or couples getaway!

Loved our stay here. Darin was very responsive and helpful with local tips. We didnt have any issues during our stay, but when I messaged, very quick to respond, and made sure to check in and let me know he would be out of service for a few, and then when back, and he made sure our check in/accessing the home went ok. All appreciated! The views of the bay are gorgeous, we had our kayaks, and was able to kick back and relax together as a family, and several things to do close by. We had a fabulous time and would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay at Christine’s place! The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless when we arrived. We were able to check in a little earlier than check in time so that was a huge plus for us! This home is so close to everything and our kids loved it!

We highly recommend this condo!! It was close to everything and anywhere we went for entertainment or dining out was always less than 10 minutes away. The beach was literally right outside our back porch. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had basic things to cook with and a surprising amount of seasoning in the cabinet to use. The only thing we had to buy was food. There was more than enough toilet paper and paper towels. Only annoyance is the sand always getting back into the condo. We swept alot. We always shook off and stomped the sand off but I guess it's the nature of the beast. We will definitely be back!
