Holiday rentals with lake access in Lower Grand Lagoon

SUCH a great place to stay. Lots and lots of room for us all to sleep. Pool was so fun and heated, beach was BEAUTIFUL and we had it almost completely to ourselves! Todd and his entourage all communicated well with me. We had a problem with the bed that was taken care of immediately. You might take note that 8 of the single beds are in areas with no doors so they aren’t private. We had to turn off extra lights and try to keep the noise level down when our littles went to bed but it wasn’t really a problem! Thanks so much!!!!!

We had a great stay at Carolyn & Brian's home in Rosemary Beach. It was the perfect base for my wife, infant and our dog to stay during our first trip to 30A. They were very communicative, the house was plenty of space and we loved walking around the neighborhood and being closely located to both PCB and 30A. Thanks again!

My family and I had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The house is super comfortable and spacious for a large group while also providing nice privacy across the different floors. The location is perfect, walking distance to a nice pool/beautiful beach and a short drive to all the nearby beach towns. Would love to stay here again someday!

Esther’s home was just what we needed while in town for a baseball tournament at Publix Park. The location was great and close to everything in the city. Our son enjoyed fishing in the canal during free time and even caught a stingray on our last night!

Susana is a first-class host. She's great at making her guests feel special. Her place has awesome showers and comfortable beds. It's in a light traffic, quiet, and upscale neighborhood with only a couple of cross streets going to dead ends, with a beautiful lake at the end of the street just a two-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Casa del Sol! The house comes with many amenities. It even hd a yoga mat! The community is peaceful and it’s a short drive to a beautiful public beach. The golf cart was a great way to get around. A must stay for large families!

We had such a wonderful time in this home! The hosts were super responsive and helpful when we reach out for help. There are so many activities to do in the home itself including a small game of mini golf! We let the host know we were celebrating a Bachelorette party and they let the sweetest surprise for the bride-to-be! The home is very close to Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach which is definitely worth a visit! We would 100% stay here again!

This place was sooo wonderful! What a gem! We loved spending time here escaping the cold winter of the Midwest. Location was perfect. Very close walk to beach, neighborhood was great, and we enjoyed riding their bikes around too. We walked to a coffee shop one day and went out to dinner at a restaurant in the neighborhood that has live music, and was family friendly. There are cute shops and a cool garden center close by to explore. Our group loved the paddle boarding and kayaking. We also spent a lot of peaceful time reading on the screened in porch, sitting out on the dock in the sun, making meals together in the kitchen (utensils and basics provided) and some of our group worked remotely a few of the days (WiFi worked well). We appreciated the beach chairs and things provided to take to the beach. The winter temps of this area are still so warm to us, being from a colder climate. We just loved soaking up the 55-70 degree weather. Tia was a great host and we would love to come back!

Wonderful stay, made great family memories. Bikes are a must, so easy to get around and lots of fun things to do. Tessa was a super host in every aspect!! 😍

Words can not describe how amazing our visit was! Where do I start… beds were super comfortable, spectacular view and ability to walk the beach and run in the community. The kitchen was perfect - it had everything you need without being cluttered. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Amazing two floor layout and amazing location. The decor was beach vibe, not over done, just so tasteful. There is also a work out room and pool in the building. The pool is half indoor / half outdoor and when the dividing door was open starting Feb 1, it was superb to swim in a heated pool and look out at the beach. Stores nearby and great restaurants at Rosemary Beach. I could go on and on… worth every moment and grateful to San for sharing her special place by the beach!

The Studio is beautiful and very comfortable. Newly remodeled and clean. The TV was an amazing amenity. The location is fantastic, less than 5 minutes away from Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. Lots of restaurants near by to go to as well. Louis was very communicative, friendly, and helpful! For the price it’s a great deal.

The host was able to accommodate my late reservation. Easy check in and did I say elevator! Being on the fourth floor is no issue as the elevator was right near parking. Another great reason this was the perfect stay was the close proximity to the Old Florida Fish House. You can party until your heart is content and walk back to the condo. It’s that close. Also, the condo area is super quiet and them blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in. Highly recommend you staying here. Lucas is a great host.

Great place to stay in Seagrove! Perfect size for 3 couples and had everything we needed. Nice balcony with pretty partial views of the ocean and lake! Host and co-host were very responsive and were kind enough to allow us to have a flexible check-in, which was a huge help. We liked the amenities of using the pool and playing pickleball. Was nice that beach was walkable, although I think we misunderstood the instructions that they have lon their listing, as we assumed Eastern Lake access was the access point as seen from listing picture balcony view. We were told that access is actually private property for Beachside Estates, not villas and were told to move further down. The public beach access is still not far though from the property and is walkable if you don’t have a lot of heavy things. Still 5/5 and we would definitely recommend!

We loved Cindy’s place at Pinnacle Port. Great location with easy access to the beach. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved the high top chairs nestled in corner for morning coffee and dolphin watching. The condo was beautiful and had everything needed for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

What a pleasant place to stay. Very clean, cozy, and near anything you could ever need. The owners are super hospitable, kind and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. It was perfect for what we needed.

Connie's cottage was just as described in the pictures & her description. She was always available to answer questions. My family loved her art work she displayed throughout her home & outside. Incorporating her incredible paintings & glass masterpieces gave an eclectic/European feeling. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on with cotton sheets that were cool with a beautiful. Each room had its own t.v & plenty of room to relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Connie also left us with sparkling water & water bottles in the fridge. She also provided a small cooler along with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and lots of toys, everything we needed for the beach. Her home was at the end of the street which made it private. Pretty twinkling lights and decorative art work covered the porch & arch ways around the property. My family stayed 8 nights, it was such a blessing to have found Connie's lovely home!!

Second time staying here, it’s never disappointing. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean. This is a little vacation spot that I will continue to come back to.

We had an issue getting in but it was resolved fast. We had a great time and loved it!

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

We had 3 families, 6 adults and six 17 year olds. We cooked every meal and kitchen was well equipped. Parking at the beach was very limited so the GEM cart (extra $) and free bikes worked out great. The pool was great with many chairs, tables, bathrooms, and umbrellas and has a large lawn where we played corn hole and Slammo. The house has two large living areas that allowed the teens to stay up late playing the many provided board games and watching movies on the large TVs. The back porch was nice for morning coffee. 4 bedrooms, 2 with connected bathroom, 2 without. All beds were very comfortable. The grill works well but bring utensils and a grill brush.

This was a great place. The location is awesome and close to all the attractions. The Beach is about 100 yards right across the street. The home is just as pictured, beautiful decorations, all the items you need for a great vacation. Very centrally located but also quiet from road noise and neighbors. You can walk to Pier Park and Pier. The beach was not crowded and easy set up each day. Rihannon was very responsive checking on my family during the stay and was very nice and pleasant. This place is Great, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely book again.
