Very nice apartment with all you need. A comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and even a small balcony. Great location in a calm residential neighbourhood not far from the city center. Good communication with the host.

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Great place to spend time very close to the beach which in early June was almost empty, almost private. There are two beaches nearby with paid sun loungers and umbrellas, and a beach bar, and there's something for everyone.

We had a pleasant stay in Rome, the apartment is super well located close to the train station and metro, close to the city center. Well equipped apartment, with very special attention, tiramisu on arrival! Thank you Marco, great host and very attentive and responsive. Recommended

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! For those who want a little cheaper accommodation than the hotels and B&Bs in the center of Rome but at the same time in a strategic position to get around with public transport! Very nice and comfortable place. For any problem, quick and courteous response from the owner. We recommend it!

We had a great time at Patricia and Damiano's place. Listing is as described. In addition, we were very well received in Damiano's family restaurant and Patricia helped us organize the beautiful boat ride around the isles of Ponza and Palmarola. Recommended!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.
