Villa holiday rentals in Lytle Creek

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 teenagers. It was pristine inside and out. We loved the hot tub. We all loved the game room as well! Should we find ourselves traveling to that area again, we will hopefully be able to book this house.

Chaz’s home was a wonderful stay and I would definitely book here again.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

We had a great stay! The separate spaces worked out perfectly for our two families. Plenty do outdoor space as well. We really enjoyed the pool, the BBQ by the casita, the dining table in the corner, and of course the fire pit at night. The sliding wall of doors to mesh the inside with the outside was awesome while we were all enjoying the pool! The road can be a bit noisy in the morning but it was no bother for any of us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!!

the house was huge. it was perfect for our family, we had teens and toddlers so the different floors were great. beds were comfortable, love the TV in each bed room. I absolutely loved the huge kitchen. we're in town frequently so hopefully we're able to book again

Both hosts were helpful and quickly responded to all my questions! The place has lots of space for decorating and activities.

I’ve stayed in apple valley many times since I go to the race track there. This was my favorite location and it had a lot of space! There were 10 of us and we all had more than enough privacy at this location. Esther was extremely helpful and very responsive to my messages. I would definitely book with Esther again the next time I do a race event out there.

Our group went to Weekend 2 of Coachella, and we have to say that Rita's place was AMAZING. Our group had such a great time. Rita was super responsive and very accommadating. We have nothing bad to say. Thank you again Rita! We will definitely be back next year.

Irene’s place was great. It was very peaceful and clean. Great neighborhood too.

We loved our stay at the villa! It’s decorated nicely and had a well equipped kitchen with spices and all the dishes and kitchen equipment we needed to cook multiple meals. The bbq worked great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (and the gorgeous sunrise from the back yard!). It’s close to downtown and nice to walk around the neighborhood. We will book again when we come back to Palm Springs!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

Claudia’s place was perfect for our group of 7 adults with plenty of space, all the critical amenities (including kitchen items, pool toys, bathroom items, etc.), lovely decor, and a great pool and hot tub. We would be excited to return!

My girlfriend and I loved this place as soon as we stepped in the door. Scott’s place was super clean and very spacious. The view is very beautiful and peaceful. You have a view of the lake and also ducks. My girlfriend and I were pretty cold but the heater and fireplace warmed us up really quick. We were 5 minutes without traffic from the village and 10 minutes with traffic. We would definitely come back!

Four poets in LA for a literary conference--Ben & Alexis' home could not have been a poetic and gorgeous retreat from the hubbub of the conference. The home is a work of art. Extraordinary. And there is everything that you can imagine needing to make for a comfortable and easy stay. So beautiful and practical. And just 12 minutes from the convention center, but once inside, a million miles away. 🩷

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

My guests and I had a wonderful time at Paula's property. The house was immaculate and Paula was so kind to leave snacks and a welcome card. The house had everything we needed and the layout was wonderful for the amount of guest we had. My favorite part was the peaceful and serene backyard and of course the relaxing hot tub. Paula was so quick to respond and even let us check in early. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Paula!

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

This property is a desert gem. It exceeded all expectations. We came to Palm Springs for a New Year's getaway with adult children. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The furnishings and decor are top notch. The pool area is private and enclosed with several patio areas from which to choose. A bonus was fresh ripe citrus trees. The kitchen is well stocked with a wide variety of cookware, dinnerware, drinkware and a butlers pantry with ice maker. Our host was extremely attentive, texted back immediately when we had questions and was helpful with instructions and suggestions. I would definitely book this place again if/when we return to Palm Springs, and have recommended to family members.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Jesse's place. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool and the privacy of the backyard. However, we found the lack of sidewalks made it difficult for our usual walks and runs, and the busy road was quite noisy at night. As a light sleeper, I found it a bit challenging, but it may not affect everyone the same way. I truly appreciated Jesse's responsiveness and accommodating nature, which made our stay more enjoyable.
