To be Mobile Week in Milan, it was one of the few places available at non exorbitant prices. The flat is nice, it's renovated. The host Samantha, very attentive to all the details and very clean. The only bad thing is the location, as it requires some transportation changes to get there. Other than that, price/quality we understand that it is very good.

There were three of us on the road are really excited about Luciana's apartment and its location! If you want to cook something to eat, you only have to walk 5 minutes and have a fully equipped supermarket. Public transport leaves almost right in front of the apartment and transport you to Milan to the city center within half to three quarters of an hour! Even without transportation, you can reach several bars, restaurants and parks within a quarter hour walk. In general, the apartment is very stylish and harmoniously furnished, which gives you a very homely feeling. It was very clean and you like to come home after a long day in the city to relax. In terms of price, it was completely justified, so we can't complain in any aspect. The residential complex is basically lively, but at the latest by 10 p.m., peace and quiet should be everywhere. If we travel to Milan again, this apartment is a fixed point.

The location is great, well located near the Lugano Stazione and a few minutes (down quite some stairs) to the Lugano Centro, so it's very well conected to the rest of the region. The place is very comfortable for two people, with a well equiped kitchen and the washing and drying machine comes really handy. I recommend it!

We definitely wanted to stay longer in this cozy apartment. The place is authentic and has everything you need. Fabio is very helpful and a great host.

Very nice place to stay. Balcony with wonderful views from the Magadino plain to Cannobio. Locarno, but also the Höhenweg, are within walking distance. Nino is very friendly and very responsive to messages.

Mirella was always helpful and attentive, the house is beautiful and was as described in the requirements. The place is lovely and the lake view leaves you breathless. A paradise, in a great location, surrounded by every type of comfort. I recommend it

I was in this little paradise for a short time and with some unexpected events not due to the house or the owner. The house is much more beautiful than you see in the photos and Silvano is a kind and understanding owner with whom it is very nice to chat The view is spectacular, I never imagined it!!!!. I received local products as a gift, enjoyed the silence I was looking for and did a Trek☺️ as I wished. My dog was also very happy. Really an oasis of peace an hour from Milan.

Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! Great house that fully matched the descriptions. The house is nicely decorated and there was nothing missing. The location in the mountains is fantastically several hours of hikes from the house. Janine is the contact person on site and is (German speaking) with advice. The bread roll service Janine is also very nice if needed.

Very nice place! Spacious, two comfortable double beds in the two bedrooms. And the view from the roof terrace a dream!!! The colorful tiles in the kitchen and bathroom 😅 we have affectionately called the Rustico "Villa bunt";)

We stayed in Paolo's house for a week and had a very nice time. We felt very comfortable in the great, only three-year-old detached house on the mountain. The lake view is wonderful. It was still a bit too cold for the pool, but the loungers in the beautiful garden were used! Paolo took a lot of time to explain everything about the house and the surrounding area and had lots of tips for things to do. The house is stylishly furnished, the kitchen has everything you need, the underfloor heating provides warmth in the cold evening. We felt very comfortable all around the house!

I had an amazing time at this place! The huge natural-style garden is a true paradise for nature lovers, and although my visit was at the beginning of fall, there was still a big variety of produce I was invited to pick from it - including some tasty plants I didn't even know before :) I had originally planned to explore much more of the local area, but I just felt so at home and relaxed in cottage & garden that I actually spent most of my time there. Emiliano and his girlfriend are super nice people and amazing hosts: Kind and helpful in every regard, and great to share a glass of wine with. They succeeded in making me feel right at home. I'll visit again for sure!

Very nice apartment just outside of Como in a quiet residential area. There are some very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished with everything you need. The decor was very nice, especially the double bass in the living room! The contact was very quick, kind and straightforward. Highly recommend for a stay near Como.

Apartment located in a beautiful area in front of the avenue that leads to the Villa.... quiet area with great restaurants and close to the center and the Park. For connections recommended to have a car, easy and free parking downstairs from the house.

I came here for Salone Del Mobile and stayed for 6 nights. 1. The accommodation is very safe. You need to go through 4 doors to get access to the building. 2. The flat is much bigger than hotel for the same price and Netflix, kitchen microwave. 3. The location of the nearby metro station is quite convenient to get to central area with minimal switching lines, although need 8-10 mins walk. 4. We did encountered some problem and Paolo was very proactive to help out, prompt to response, giving us new towels as we are staying for 6 Nights.

My fiancé and I loved our time staying at Luca’s place. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. Luca went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I hope to stay in this gorgeous home again soon. The attention to lighting, restoration, and design were all impeccable! Luca and his wife have really made an impressive home to share. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here. Thanks again!

Wonderful views of the lake from sunrise to stargazing late in the evening. Lots of nice excursions if you're traveling by car - great for swimming and hiking. The apartment is also very well equipped for cooking and was sparkling clean! Very flexible check-in and relaxed check-out through the key box and always good communication - all around thanks Alessandro!
