Fantastic place to stay in beautiful surroundings! Our stay at this house near Como was just perfect. The house itself is modern and stylishly decorated, yet wonderfully nestled in the charming old village – a great combination of tradition and modernity. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this place!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

The stay was very pleasant, Enrico is very kind and helpful, we arranged easily for check-in/out and technical things. In winter, there's little chance to eat out; the place has everything you need so we were able to cook nudely at home. The accommodation is slightly cold (January) but with a stove and heaters that have made the house warm and comfortable. The house is very close to the dam, within walking distance with a very nice path. Lots of walking and on-time bus service. The house is on the side of the mountain that has sunshine even in winter. Absolutely recommended!

A very nice accommodation with very well-kept outdoor facilities for a perfect quiet stay on Lake Como! Great for a stay with young children. We will be happy to come back once :)

since we were already here last year, of course we already knew everything. For us, the few days were very relaxing again and we would come back anytime. the apartment is spread over 3 floors but that did not bother us. also that no TV is available, we can only see as an advantage. Sometimes away from everyday life and all the luxury stuff. There are plenty of other possibilities in Ticino. That's luxury enough. Thank you, gladly again.

Warm welcome by Fabrizio. Good explanation of what to do and where the dog is welcome. Very clean accommodation and everything was correct according to the listing. 2 small fenced gardens where the dog can walk around safely. Close to the dike where there are many cafes and restaurants. Small supermarket nearby, Large supermarkets 5 min by car. Host responds quickly to messages. We have had a pleasant time there.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

What a great location and amazing host. Everything we could have hoped for. The property was as described, ideally located for everything you could want or need. Alessandra was an amazing host before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Luca was really kind, he welcomed us and our dog in a really special way. She helped us with her luggage and gave us inspiration to visit. I highly recommend it!!

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

We had a great time in Villa in Longone Al Segrino. The villa is big and able to host our large family group (11 adults and 5 children). The villa is quiet and you can really explore the surrounding lake for a walk and to reach restaurants. The view from the huge living room windows are fabulous, where you can see the city, the hills, and the mountains view. We spent our year end time there and we were able to see great fire works and celebrations. The villa is well equipped to host big family events. Barbara (our host) is very kind, very helpful and very supportive, even when we arrive at the villa quite late. She was also flexible to accommodate our late check out. She showed us where to go and what to do nearby the area. She was very responsive and even she came all the way to help our family out when needed. Great villa and excellent host.

Sophie is a great and very warm host who lovingly cares about the well-being of her guests. She welcomed us warmly and provided many good tips. Even when the weather didn't quite play along, she spontaneously brought us games for us and the children. Her place is very clean and cozily furnished, we lacked nothing. Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

We had a wonderful week at the apartment! The location is great, downtown. Everything was very neat and clean and communication with Manuel is also very fast and friendly. We'd love to come back!

Very nice and simple accommodation and above all perfectly secure. We had everything on site to feel right at home. With a baby and child it's easy to live. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

This is a sweet cottage on a large lot with private access to the lake. It has kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes. It was great to sit on the lake’s edge and just chill. Small but functional kitchen and great coffee! There is a pellet fireplace that we used one cool evening which is very nice. Bruno and Fabiola couldn’t be nicer. Bruno met us on arrival, introduced us to the place, and was always available for questions. Lago Orta is a beautiful lake and a great location that is off the usual tourist circuit. We enjoyed our time there very much.
