Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant decor. Dream outdoor space! Amazing views, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and private host but always present and available as needed. Your tips on activities, restaurants, and places to visit nearby are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with a bottle of a local cellar and excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super manicured garden, and breathtaking 360º views, sunrise, and spectacular sunsets. Perfect solution for those who escape the chaos of the city and look for a stay of total relaxation. It would just be missing a nice pool then it would be the dream home! We will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

The apartment was ideal for our extended family visit. It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed spending time on the spacious patio and lovely yard. Francesca and her parents are wonderful hosts who made us feel very much at home.

We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

We spent 15 days at Loredana's place in 10. Everything is tidy and well-maintained. Air conditioners present that have made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

It's always a pleasure to come back to this apartment. Gabriella is a fabulous host, attentive to every detail. Recently renovated apartment, equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a stay as if you were at home. The central location allows you to park your car and get around comfortably on foot, or by train. We'll be back again.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

we sat at Susi's place for a week, it was a lovely cottage with all the comforts. Beds slept great,shower was nice,kitchen with everything you can use. Pool was lovely and the area was more than enough to do, beach,mountains,lake ,waterfalls, we came short of time. Regards,Michiel

excellent welcome by Daniela, who is a very nice and available welcoming host. the environment is beautiful with the vines where you can walk with the dog, the view that can be admired at the time of the aperitif in the different salons tastefully arranged! the access to the cavé to taste the local products is a superb idea and to be tested! our three children loved the environment with the pool, the trampoline and the flaming parties of foosball that reminded us of our youth! thank you for this long weekend where we abandoned our phones and where we enjoyed the sweetness of the night in a very clean and pleasant accommodation for 5! I will recommend this accommodation to friends! and surely see you soon!

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The place is not only clean and cozy, but fully equipped and rebuild with a love and care, that you can feel in every corner. The kitchen has everything you need to make yourself delicious local food, the living room is inviting and has a view on the serene landscape around Vicoli, olive trees, mountains and occasional visits by cats. The cottage is ideally located for guests who want to explore the abruzzese mountains, but the beach is under an hour away. In 5 minutes you can buy local ingredients freshly picked from the soil of the region and the people — the most friendly people I have encountered in a long time. Now let’s get to the best part: Francesca and Maurizio are among the best hosts we have ever encountered. Always just a message away for a good recommendation on how to spend the day, a good restaurant around the corner or just a friendly chat. Truly, this place is one of a kind.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with my girlfriend and 3 dogs. The experience was excellent! The apartment is distinguished by its impeccable order and perfect cleanliness, two aspects that made me feel immediately at home. Amazing place. We loved being just across from the beach. The area was private and quiet during our stay. Inside the unit we had sufficient amenities for a week long stay including basic cooking supplies, oven and microwave. There are heat pumps in each room and the living room. Check-in was super easy and Fabian was so very helpful during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!
