Cally is an excellent host with clear communication for the duration of our stay, the house was immaculate and very comfortable, definitely your home away from home, the views from the lounge are superb looking out over the water and catching the amazing sunsets, I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, and hopefully I'll be back one day 😊

We had a wedding close by and stayed two nights with Sue. From the start she was amazing, very responsive and helpful. The property is gorgeous! So peaceful and we felt right at home. The space was lovely and clean. We missed out on using the pool but it was very inviting!! Highly recommend staying with Sue.

The view was outstanding, the hosts friendly and helpful. We were met by a small bottle of champagne and chocolate! An excellent way to start the stay. The bed was super comfortable. Everything that was promised was present. Sean and Suzanne both participated in making our stay a good one. Thank you to both of them!

Lovely place to spend a few relaxing days just a stone's throw from Auckland. Everything was perfect from Sheryll's hosting to the lovely apartment which has everything you need to cook, BBQ and enjoy the lovely sunsets from the garden. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely property set in a private leafy environment with vineyard and ocean views. It’s thoughtfully curated with quality bedding and furnishings. The host, Chris, was always very responsive when we had questions and needed little extras during our stay, yet discrete to allow us our privacy. The location is great for functions at Mudbrick Winery just up the hill and Oneroa Village and beach. The only negative for us was that no snacks or breakfast supplies or a bottle of wine were provided. (Wine was available to purchase.) All our other NZ Airbnb’s provided at least some of these, even in places priced at $70 per night. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location and would happily return.

Great spot on Waiheke island for a couple wanting a nice quiet spot for a week or a weekend trip. House is an easy walk to the beach and even a winery. Host have provided an amazing space and offer a wealth of information about the house and Waiheke. We feel that we only scratched the surface of the island. Definitely are considering coming back to stay in this place again when we decide to come back on Waiheke.

Stunning. The other reviews have it right: the pictures don’t do justice to the views and the high quality of the accommodations. I’d add that while being off grid and peaceful, all main utilities as advertised were fully functional, not “glamping”: (cooktop, electricity, fast reliable wifi, plumbing, room heating). No A/C but the passive solar design windows worked like a charm for heating and cooling. Every day brought new beauty, interesting wildlife, and fresh-ripened treats from their vibrant garden. And don’t forget to look up at night, no telescope needed. My only note would be to have 4WD or nerves-and-right-foot of steel (or lead) for the steep gravel drive in. I’ve never been to a place quite like this in all my travels. Worth it in every way.
