The contact with Sarah was straightforward and very friendly. The accommodation has a very nice and central location, making all the attractive places of the old town easily accessible on foot. Sarah was very flexible both at check-in and check-out. She even gave us the opportunity to leave later than originally planned. Thank you again 😊

What can I say, beautiful apartment! It exactly matches the photos and description, provided in every minimum thing, from the kitchen to the dishes, to the small essentials such as oil, coffee, sugar, etc. Very clean and tidy. The apartment is an attic above Tuccia's apartment, so in case you are always available and responsive. It offers an outdoor area with two wonderful terraces where you can relax and admire the beautiful view at 360 degrees! It is a 2-minute walk from a beautiful coastline of 12 km of golden and very fine sand. Great location to visit the surroundings such as Noto, Modica, Marzamemi, PortoPalo.. Tuccia and her husband were very kind right away, friendly and helpful in everything. What can I say, we really hope to see you again and come back to this one in the apartment! We absolutely loved our stay here. The downstairs apartment is simple and very clean with two simple but peaceful bedrooms. The kitchen has a great fridge freezer, gas cooker and area to prepare meals or bbq food if you fancy cooking at home. There is an inside table but we spent all our time outside at the two seating areas, both shaded, one outside the door and the other up beside the pool. The garden area was fantastic for an early morning coffee before you walk the 2 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach. We spent lazy lunches sitting on the upper table area and then having fun playing in the pool, which was clean and larger than we expected. The owners were welcoming and made us feel very relaxed, making this a great place to base ourselves to explore the island. We can’t recommend it enough, especially the outside areas.

We really had a super nice experience here! On airbnb, they recommend contacting them 2/3 days in advance on WhatsApp to arrange key exchange. This was not necessary in our case, they contacted us the night before. We agreed on a time and they already gave a lot of tips on parking, restaurants and nearby attractions. Super nice! Location is top! The accommodation itself was beautiful! Very nicely decorated and very clean. The house has an automatic locking system from inside. This also gives you an extra safe feeling. We could stream to the TV and Netflix and youtube were also on it, super nice! The sofa was very good, the bed was nice, the kitchen was good! And the bathroom was also fantastic. Lovely shower!! Just keep in mind that you have to dispose of your own garbage. We were not used to this and threw it in a public trash can. I definitely recommend staying here here. It was very brief for us!

Anna and Santo's place is perfectly located in Ortigia. Everything is close by. The central bus station of Siracusa is about 15-20 minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean, bright and spacious. There was a damp smell, but I guess it's because it's on an island and the buildings are old. Everything was fine with the heating and hot water. The roof terrace is exceptional, although we couldn't use it due to the cold weather. Santo and Anna were waiting for us and welcomed us. They were very kind and caring hosts. They also recommended some delicious places to eat. Thank you ❤️

We would definitely stay here again! The location was great, you are literally in the heart of Ortigia. The photos posted are exactly what the place looks like (clean, modern and spacious) The host was very helpful, he responded to all my random questions quickly. I highly recommend staying here!!

Maria Novella and Federico were wonderful hosts, they made us feel very welcome in this gorgeous apartment and provided great recommendations. It is situated in a private area which means it is so peaceful. We could access the beach really easily where we could sit by the sea or swim. The apartment is very cute, everything you need is there and the views of Etna and the sound of the waves makes you feel so calm and content. As described in the listing it is important that you hire a car to access the apartment but we found this very good because it meant it was easier to explore. Maria, Federico, thank you so much - I hope we can visit again!

This place is what I was looking for, very close to the beach (literally 20m) but still not far away from other hotspots such as Noto. It was very clean and well equipped. Also communication with the hosts has been perfect. The host helped me book a parking spot for the week right in front of the Appartment which was convenient.

Really nice apartment, very nice and very clean. The terrace was very useful as we took the opportunity to relax outdoors since the temperatures allowed it. The area is also very comfortable and we have never had difficulty finding parking. Silvia was very specific with the directions and always available. I highly recommend it.

Originallyour group of 5 would like to book the larger apartment of Rudia but it wasn't available. So we came up using two smaller apartments which were fitted with all the necessities in a stylish way. The location of the complex was convenient to most sightseeing places in Modica, except that it was quite humid due to the geographical nature of Modica. The problem was eased out by the use of a dehumidifier. Rudia sent me all the related and information beforehand and they are useful for planning our daily schedule. She and her helper Liliana were very accommodative in letting us check in when we arrived earlier. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend her apartment to other users.

Clean; comfortable (AC, stove, microwave, hot/cold water...everything worked); centrally located with easy access to bars, banks, walking distance from train/bus, lots of quality things to do w/in walking distance; and most importantly, communicative and caring hosts (thanks for the cookies and bottled water). Do heed the instructions for getting in the building and turning on electricity. Oh yeah, and the stairs to the pad and the bedroom may be challenging for some--good for those who want to offset all the good eating.

This place is in the heart of Noto, amazing host and structure felt super comfy, definitely a suggestion!

Fabrizio’s apartment is real gem, beautiful design and thought through details through out all the apartment. Felt cozy and really homey. Romantic and super inspiring. Apartment has an amazing private terrace with sun chairs, dining tables and jacuzzi with magnificent view to the cathedral and town. The Jacuzzi is not actually a hot tub so its not the most comfortable to use in the colder months. Great location, walking distance to all restaurants and sightseeing spots in town. Highly recommended!

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. Lovely place with all the necessary amenities and more. The facilities (swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue) we could be used 24/7. Ideal. Apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Roberto and Erik are very friendly and gave us the necessary tips. You have plenty of privacy and with a car there is a lot to discover in the area, or by bike that you could use for free. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful apartament, located in a beautiful town. Very quiet, clean with a gum and swimming pool jacuzzi at disposal. Wonderful host, very helpful and comunicative. We will be returning soon and will reccomend to all of our loved ones. Thank you for having us

Alverio's house is amazing! The seafront views, the light, has everything you need! Alverio was very nice, he welcomed us in person and gave some recommendations from Syracuse, very useful since it was our first time and served to locate us. Get up every day looking at the port with the boats in the sea... I wish I could stay longer! If I can, I'll definitely be back!
