What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

We were a large group and felt very much at home There were plenty of rooms and the common areas were well equipped. The communication was very friendly and fast. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We were extremely satisfied with the house and the owner, it was very clean and thought out down to the last detail. We had a wonderful attitude from the owner and he responded to any of our questions. We are happy to repeat it

From the minute we arrive, Christian was there to greed us. Any question was answer within 10 minutes. Place was Beautiful ( Country side) We could not ask for more. It was perfect. We will be making plans again for this year. Thank you Christian for your hospitality.

We spent our honeymoon here and absolutely enjoyed it. The accommodation had everything you want, especially for us, our own hot tub and sauna. Everything was stylish and modernly furnished and very cozy. Also, it was great that we were able to bring our dog.

We stayed 3 nights with our two children. I didn't experience such a great host and space. It is simply dreamy, everything imaginable is available, you would prefer to move in here. Very high level and very well maintained clean and modernly furnished. Whoever comes here will always come back. Even board games, 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen from A-Z. The couple were very friendly and we were instructed. It is rather modestly shown in the advertisement actually it is far more than described. Please take care of all this heart-filled and well-maintained accommodation and leave it away from it all. We almost had a Provatvilla for us with private parking and the meadow center was not 5 minutes by car from us. A dream. We will certainly come back in the summer. Wifi was also available

A very nice house. Unfortunately, 1 bathroom is not available right now. The rooms are very nice, the kitchens big.

Unique house for larger groups in Franconian Switzerland Super equipped, clean, great sheep options and even a garage parking space. Contact with Tamara and Timo is great and very accommodating. We had an unforgettable time and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

We had a relaxing holiday with our 3 children. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with the most necessary. The people in the area are super friendly and lots of opportunities to do business. We will be happy to come back :)

The house is spacious for four or six people, and the kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. Ludwig and his wife are very friendly and helpful, and the area is beautiful for hiking, and Bamberg is also well worth it. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Very nice, large apartment. Very neat and clean. Everything is ample. Nice and quiet.

Super nice accommodation. Very quiet location and lovingly furnished. Our highlight was the sauna and the home harvested tomatoes, which we got right on the first day, 🙏🏼 Yvonne also helped us with the restaurant selection on the first evening and made a reservation for us directly. Totally nice! The garden area is also super nice. We'll be back.

Our group (7 people, 3 dogs) was warmly received by the host. We had a lot of space available, the apartment is equipped with everything we needed, we did not miss anything. Also, everything was cleaned sparkling clean. The place is very quiet, exactly what we wanted, fields, meadows, forests and hills at your doorstep. We had an absolutely amazing time.

A great cottage to feel good in. Very well-equipped and ample space. We had a wonderful women's day weekend. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool table has also been used extensively. Sylvie and Katja had plenty of tips for us and responded very quickly to questions. Highly recommended.

Very lovely and secluded place. Went there for the Bayreuth Festival. absolutely loved it, great host. Would always come again.

The two-week vacation in Silvia's place was far too short. We felt at home in the cozy house. The thick walls kept the warmth outside and it was always pleasant. The huge garden offered the children a lot of variety and an idyllic view of the quaint house with coffee and cake. The warm welcome made it very easy for us to get started and we couldn't all follow the many insider tips in the 2 weeks. The flambée from the heredity opposite and the cakes and other baked goods from Nentschau are a treat. Our questions were answered immediately at any time and we were warmly looked after.
