The apartment, air-conditioned is located in a beautiful building built in 2016 in the middle of Rue Sainte! It is close to public transport, the Abbey of Saint Victor and Notre Dame de la Garde. Shops around, you will appreciate the location, the calm, the sunny terrace. Perfect for couples, business travelers and families with children, and I have another apartment of the same type in the same building on the 5th. Paid public parking and free places on the street.

50 sqm apartment in the city center. Recently renovated to offer our guests comfort and accessibility. Partial sea view during the month of February due to scaffolding.
