We had a wonderful stay at Cliffside! The house was clean, comfortable, and fit 4 adults and 5 kids perfectly! Billy was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views made it a perfect getaway for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our weekend at Kevin's place. The view was beautiful, the kids had fun running around and exploring the property. The Rv was equipped with everything we needed, the kids enjoyed some movies while it rained and there were a lot of games to choose from. Kevin was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great communication. We will be back when we are in the area again.

I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The grounds were gorgeous. The staff were incredible and accommodating. The facilities were all brand new and the cabin was perfect. We had an amazing time. We’ll be back with the rest of the family. Great way to visit Fredericksburg yet stay in nature

Adorable cabin, great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed. It was a nice country atmosphere with a great view of enchanted rock from our porch. The deer and cows that came to the fence were adorable. Enchanted rock is right up the road, so this is a nice place to stay if you are planning to hike around there. We drove into Fredericksburg a couple of times to eat which was about a 30 minute drive, but it was doable and a beautiful drive. We plan a trip there again some day for a peaceful getaway.

Highly recommend! This is such a peaceful setting with very little traffic. The house was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed exploring the Llano River bottom. It's a perfect location to watch the sunrise and set. Stay here on your next trip to Llano, slow down and experience “Hill Country time”.

This place was both amazing and beautiful. It was so peaceful and the family of cats that lived under the front patio made it feel so homely. There is plenty of land to explore around the cabin and the stars at night are just incredible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cabin out in the wilderness.
