Had a blast, place is amazing, view is beautiful especially during sunset and sunrise. Definitely recommend.

Cozy home in a quiet historic neighborhood. Old, as expected, but well maintained. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for the two of us and our dog. Host was proactive with instructions on entering and where things were located. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

It was a great place & location! We had lots of space and everything was clean!

We had a last minute funeral we had to attend and was glad we found this place as it was right around the corner from where are services were. They have the cutest loving neighborhood cat that comes by. I was bummed that there was not a TV but that was okay.

Everything was great. We loved our stay. We wish we would have come down earlier in the day and had more time to hangout.

Great place to relax and fish. Close enough to James River/ Llano River to go and hangout in the rapids with a short drive or boat excursion. Hosts are accommodating. Just make sure to enable WiFi calling if you’re not wanting to completely get away from it all.

We had a wonderful one-night stay in Llano with our family, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was charming, spacious, clean. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. Everything was top-notch, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We happily gave 5 stars across the board for cleanliness, accuracy, communication, check-in, and value. We highly recommend Michael's Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Llano!

This is the third year that we (my wife’s family) have stayed at Cliffside for our Christmas gathering. It has enough space for all of us (4 bedrooms plus the chapel) and it is in a quiet, beautiful location. Billy has been a wonderful host. He has always been very responsive to any questions or needs that we have had. The game room is a nice bonus as well. The house has always been clean and kitchen stocked with lot of necessities (pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc.). However, we always bring lot of our own stuff for cooking as well. We have already talked to Billy about booking again for next year.

Enjoyed our stay. We were there for a tennis tournament and the location was perfect. Will stay again if available.

Adorable cabin, great place to stay

Staying in cabin 12 was great! The pictures 100% matched with what was given! The river was beautiful and had an excellent view from the sunset as well as the sunrise! The kitchen and grill were very helpful as we did cook! They did provide a great amount of recourses In the kitchen! There was also a grocery store about 5 minutes away from the cabin as well as gas and a dollar general. My overall stay was a 10/10! Colin and Tammy were great host and very helpful with any questions we had!

We had a great stay and absolutely loved the location. The views of Enchanted Rock are unbeatable, and the night sky is breathtaking—you can see so many stars! The property has a cool firepit, and in the evenings, we enjoyed watching deer wander through the area. We loved being so close to Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg. The host was very responsive to messages, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a few minor issues. The oven could have been cleaner, and we found some leftover towels in the restroom. A new sponge for cleaning dishes would have been nice as well. While there’s no WiFi, our cell service worked fine, so it wasn’t a big deal. Despite the cleanliness needing some improvement, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Me and my husband and pup had a wonderful time visiting Mason and a great stay at the cabins! Tammy was a wonder host and very accommodating!

We loved our stay at the Starry Night cabin! It was peaceful, private, and we got to enjoy some early morning bird watching and met a friendly farm cat that was so sweet. The fire pit at night was perfect while sipping on brewskies and star gazing and the jacuzzi was clean and steaming hot just like we like it. We totally recommend for a couples getaway, especially if you love a good hike at Enchanted Rock, some good barbecue at Coopers, or wine tasting in Fredericksburg. Just bring your own wood and carcoal for the pit.
