I loved the detail of leaving things for use, such as water, soap, botan etc Really a great host!! Only the fan in a bedroom did not serve, but other than that very father everything :)

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

A very pleasant stay the place is faithful to the tidy and clean description close to the beach easy access and very quiet the area. Widely recommended very friendly and cordial contact with host. The only detail is the failures in electricity that are locally.

This is the place to come and relax! Come to beachcomb (the sea shells on the beach are epic), take in the views, listen to bird song, walk in the sand, swim in the shallow waters, and watch Pelicans fish. Jorge arranged for a fun afternoon excursion to Isla Columpios launching from the marina at the end of the road! We found the food at Los Delphines right in Chuburna fantastic.

The place is amazing for a large family and with little ones! The beach is delicious and the ocean view is unparalleled. Communication was excellent, we will definitely be back.

The house is very nice. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It was Tidy and clean Everything works fine. The beach is very nice. Close to the village that has shops, pharmacies, restaurants etc. I went with my family and we had a great time. Fernanda always pending as the people who take care of the house. Super recommended.

Excellent place, private, comfortable, clean, spacious, nice pool very nice in general, the house is super equipped, beach very close, the only one but is that in the showers of the bedrooms upstairs there is no hot water, I say by the heat in certain seasons it may not be necessary but for us the hot water is essential and there was only a little in the bathroom downstairs, I also recommend that if their stays are long, take a car why there are no places nearby to go out to eat and with this they can move or go to the super for food. It was as described! Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation! Several small shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk . Valeria responded very well to all our questions and needs!

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

Wilma and Fred were very responsive and great hosts. The home was exactly like the photos but we had a difficult time with the location as there weren’t many amenities nearby. We would recommend this space as a peaceful beach getaway as there weren’t any neighbors. We were a little let down with the hot water as the tanks were very small and barely lasted long enough to get wet, turn the water to cold, soap then turn the water hot and wash soap off. This took some planning as you have to switch the water on a little while in advance. The beds were largely ok and each room had its own fan and air conditioner. The kitchen has most of the basics and even a charcoal grill… but would definitely benefit from an update. The pool water was chilly (December) but the views and access to the beach were unbeatable.

Loved this place! A little rustic (as noted in the listing) but very comfortable. The location is great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Easy drive to great restaurants, LaTerracita in Chelem is my favorite. The outdoor space here is really nice. The views are beautiful, the furniture is comfortable and plentiful and the pool was a good size to even swim a little. Great stay! We would love to come back!

Ana was a great Host, her divine house by the sea was the perfect place to spend a few days on a family vacation. The people who support Ana in handling the house very helpful and friendly as well. 100% recommended accommodation. The place is exactly as the pictures look. We would definitely come back

Aidas is an excellent host who was always attentive, kind and willing to resolve any questions and needs before and during our one-week family stay. The house comes with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay located in a quiet residential area of the coast that allows you to rest if you are looking to escape the crowds. The beach is spectacular, as it is a healthy low-height sea with a calm wave that allows safe swimming for children and adults. It is ideal to arrive by car to get around to do your shopping, there are convenience stores less than 5 kilometers away and supermarkets 20 minutes away, likewise this makes it easy to get to know other villages, beaches, archaeological areas and ecological reserves nearby.

Alejandrina's house is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. We felt incredibly comfortable; the kitchen, bedrooms, and dining room all fostered a perfect environment for relaxation and family bonding. We enjoyed watching the Rose Bowl thanks to the Sky cable provided with the TV! We hope to return soon. The pool and beach access are both pristine and stunning. We definitely plan to come back!

The house is amazing! It has everything you will ever need and more. We walked to the muelle to do some fishing with the locals, ordered fresh fried fish from a cocina económica that is 2 blocks away! And the house manager was very very helpful! And Tony always answering my questions really quick. Thank you for a great vacation. We will be back.

This was our second stay in Jenn's house - 22 days this time and 15 days the first.  From what we have witnessed, this house is, but quite a bit, better well-equipped than most other homes in Chuburna.  Having back-up battery power is a huge benefit since power can go out for a number of hours each week.   You won't notice any outage since the transition to battery power is seamless.   The WiFi is excellent and has an extender in the upstairs bedroom.  For extended stays, the washer/dryer is another major benefit.   As a host, Jenn checked in from time to time and answered any questions right away.  Centrally located, you will be able to walk anywhere in city limits (and beyond) from the house. The new grocery store, WIlly's, the Oxxo and all of the restaurants are close by.   This is an excellent property and we look forward to our next visit.

It is not often that we stay in a place with it's own private beach just downstairs from the back garden that also has a pool. There were a few smaller issues with the house, but overall the experience was very good. The good includes: - Beachfront with a private beach - Pool - Washing machine and dryer (would be good to have instructions for how to use) - Kitchen with a 6 burner stove The not so good includes: - Hot water sometimes took a very long time to heat - Insects (mainly in the back near the pool but some inside) - Lots of glass cups and containers which were easy to break (would be good to have known prices for glass inventory before) Tips for others: - Top room is the best because it has it's own balcony and living room - Oven only burns from bottom so let it come to temp before using - Hot water works but takes a long time to reach from boiler - Couldn't find a rubbish bin so we left rubbish bags outside to be handled daily by the caretakers
