Holiday rentals with a balcony in Metropolitan City of Palermo

We had an amazing 5 day stay at Margaretas place. House offers very peacefull vacation with pool, jacuzzi and even sauna and great charcoal grill. House is very nicely furnished and has several ac units. Only one bedroom doesn’t have ac, so it gets hot with the doors closed. Many shops and restaurants in the village near the house. 10 minute drive to the beach! I would definately come back!

Already in advance, Agostino responded to queries in record time and even a small change of dates was not an issue. Rita and Pino have taken care of ours on site. We will keep the fresh salad from the garden in the best memory. The apartment itself is as described and seen in the photos, also the magnificent view from the terrace where we could enjoy the morning sun. In November not unimportant if the nights in Sicily get a little cooler: the apartment was well heated. And when Pino showed me that the heating is operated with shredded olive kernels and almond bowls, I was thrilled with this CO2-neutral heating. In short: We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Settefrati.

During my recent stay at a villa in Sicily, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The villa itself was beautifully equipped with everything one could possibly need – from a fully stocked kitchen to luxurious bedrooms and a stunning outdoor area with a pool. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist with anything we needed. A really very nice place !! Despite being close to the highway quiet , peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Very clean, well equipped , we immediately felt very comfortable . Thank you for the earlier check in and later check out . Everything was very straightforward. 😊 From the center about 4 km, which is why you basically need a car. Terrasini is a nice place with lots of shops , cafes and restaurants. A trip to the Zingaro nature reserve is absolutely worthwhile!

This place is such a gem. There really are no words to describe the views and the apartment, on the grounds of a 17th century monastery. The air was filled with the scent of orange blossoms from the citrus grove and it must be the off season because we seemed to be the only guests on site for the three nights we stayed. We spent hours in the armchairs in the dining room in front of the double doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the ocean, and spent every minute it wasn’t raining out on the terrace enjoying the views of Cefalù, only a 10 minute drive away. Even the rain is beautiful in Sicily. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you may need. Francesco was super helpful and kind and quick to respond to every question. We hope this will be the first Airbnb we return to, when the weather is warmer in the summer.

Perfect location and amazing place in Palermo! My son and I stayed here for a week. The location was perfect because we could walk almost everywhere and the area is super lively. The apartment is quiet despite its central location. It was super-clean and looks just like the photos. Note that the second bedroom is down some stairs. The upstairs shower in particular had fantastic water pressure. They had basics like coffee and tea and even left some fruit for us, which was a very nice touch. We didn’t have a car but could walk to the train station in 20 minutes or so or get an Uber. It was close to an outdoor market (Capo) and to great gelato (Cappadonia). There was a problem with the downstairs toilet and we couldn’t it from Friday afternoon until they got a repairman to fix it Monday morning (I don’t think Palermo has the same “emergency” plumbers as we are used to.) This was not the owner’s fault and she even came by to check on it and apologize. Overall I would highly recommend

We had a great time staying at Francesca and Rossana’s place. It was the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Palermo after days out in the blistering heat! Location was good with access to everything we needed via bus or by foot. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely apartment in a great location and Eugenio was very responsive and gave us restaurant recommendations when asked. He also left us some wine and Sicilian delicacies on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had a great time at Eugenio’s apartment.
