Holiday rentals with a balcony in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Extremely well located right next to the Vatican Museum. 5 minutes walk to Place Saint Pierre, and 5 minutes to metro. The host had booked us the airport transfer on the way and back. A great apartment in a lovely area. We found it to be very peaceful away from all the crowds but with lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries close by. A very helpful host who was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Simona was friendly and helpful. The apartment is superb. Building is secure. Apartment is a little bigger than the photos suggest. 5 people could comfortably stay there, and maybe one or two more on a pullout sofa. It's fairly quiet here, though there's standard street noise if you sleep with street-facing windows and shutters open. This is not a touristy neighborhood but it's easy to get to main sights with a moderate walk or by bus/train. Amenities and restaurants all nearby. Grocery store about 2 minutes away. Good restaurants... some very, very good... within a 10-15 minute walk. You get what you pay for here, and here, guests aren't crowding each other in a small flat. It's big enough to relax. There's a nice balcony, too. Having a dishwasher and washing machine makes this even better.

I had a pleasant stay at Vincenzo's - the flat is well provisioned and in a lovely neighborhood!

As always it was a pleasure to stay here. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped . There are touches that lots of AirBnb's miss. They have a place for your toiletries in the bathroom, Places to hang your towels, small things that make a big difference. The apartment is so private with a nice terrace and very comfortable. I want to stay longer here . Location is great with so much at your fingertips. Will definitely be back.

Nadia's apartment was perfect for the two of us. You can not beat the location. Check in was thorough, informative and easy. While only on the 1st floor (2nd floor) there a elevator if needed. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. It has everything you'll need. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a very convenient apartment which suited our family of 5. It was a relief to come back to the calm of the apartment and the area after hectic and busy sightseeing in Rome. It was easy to walk to the Vatican, even for our 6 year old and public transport was very easy to other major sites. Ricardo organised an airport transfer for us which was really very helpful. The local gelateria and restaurants were lovely and appreciated by all of us, but there were also lots of local supermarkets selling everything we needed. This was a lovely place to stay and we would happily stay there again if we returned to Rome.

We had a lovely stay at Marco's. The apartment is in a very good location and comfortable. Great communication with Marco who also kindly arranged the transfer from the airport. Grazie mille!

Villa Valentina was a beautiful place to stay for me and my family. The backyard, pool, and kids play area was very special and made our stay wonderful. Marina was kind and went out of her way to let us check in early because we had small children with us. It was a lovely place to stay!

Great location, apartment is as described.

A home with a breathtaking view that I had used to prepare for me on the day of the wedding. Perfect location for photos. Lorella is very friendly and helpful to make the stay in the villa very pleasant. Super spacious both inside but also outside, especially for summer for those who want to have lunch or dinner outside with the many grills and many tables available.

Both the agency and most of all the house owner were very nuce and helpful! The owner came to pick me up at the train station and was always prompt and available for any issues or questions. Highly recommended!!!

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

Everything is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. The place is a great value for money, a great spotlight in Rome, very well connected to the city center (we almost walked all the distances) very clean and comfortable. There are nice coffee places, a top rated Gelateria and a couple of tasty food restaurants in the area as well.

Great place in the immediate vicinity of the Colloseum. The view from the balcony over the rooftops of Rome and to the "typewriter" wonderful. The bed was comfortable, bathroom new and clean. Would come back.

Stayed here for a couple of days and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as we expected. It was within walking distance for our trip and tour of the Vatican. Close to the train station and bus routes were very close as well! The neighbourhood was quiet and charming and we were able to relax the evenings we were there and drink our wine on the balcony while the sun was setting. Carlotta and Andrea were always quick to respond if we had a question or needed anything. Great hosts and a great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

Roberta’s apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked, which our family of four appreciated. We were very pleased with the location. It was easy to enjoy the city center, but also venture out a bit further with ease. We truly felt right at home in apartment! Loved this spot in Rome. Centrally located, very clean, modern amenities and decor. They were very communicative and let me check in early since someone wasn’t there the night before me which was a huge help after a long trek to Roma!

Beautiful flat in a fantastic part of Rome tucked away from the busier areas and just a short walk from the Villa Borghese park. Romana was a lovely host - always responsive and very friendly. We would highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals with produce from local markets. We loved the location. Quiet and away from the crowds but near metro and busses. Alessandra greeted us and gave us a full orientation. She was responsive when we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like the was air bnb should work.

A really great place to stay. Have been to Rome a few times and this was the best place we have stayed. Location perfect and you could walk everywhere and nice local restaurants and bars that felt like being in real Rome. Giuseppe is a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible and lots of good advice
