Holiday rentals with lake access in Metropolitan City of Venice

Andrea’s house looks even more beautiful in person if that’s possible. The jacuzzi really is the perfect touch after a day of taking in the sites and sounds of Venice, all of which are so easy to get to from the house. As a host, Andrea was always on hand for any questions we had, an overall very pleasant experience.

Sensational location right on the lagoon. The private island offers many possibilities (sports, beach, restaurants, horseback riding) and the nature reserve with its bird and wildlife right on the doorstep is fantastic. Be sure to take the bikes with you to explore the island and surroundings. The 3-story cottage has a small garden where you can enjoy the view and tranquility. The house is a little spartanly decorated. Luckily, the supermarket on the island sells the most important things of everyday life. (Attention: observe opening hours). We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation in Venice at such a price! It’s beautiful and cozy, with extremely warm beddings, plus it’s at a very nice area. Felipe was helpful with his instructions, polite and responsive. 5/5 experience, highly recommended.

Rajiha and Lorenzo are nice hosts who make us feel warm and welcomed on the island. The house is well located, clean, and has all that we need! The stairs however are quite unsafe for little ones but no problem if you watch your children at all times.

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

An absolutely beautiful, spacious apartment right on the canal. The decor and furniture was stylish and comfortable. Nice big bedroom with an ensuite. Everything was very walkable with lots of great restaurants close by. Would highly recommend! Loved our stay.

Valentinas place is fantastically located, close to the touristy Rialto but 5-10 minute walk into the local restaurant and bar scene. The accommodation was exactly as described, and was more than. Spacious for 2 couples.

We had a great stay in Ca Marin. the location was fantastic right on the canal with lots of restaurants nearby. There was also a grocery shop a minute walk up the canal which was really handy.

This is something incredible, the apartment is cozy and nice, so much so that I wanted to stay here forever 🥹, the bathroom is clean and nice to look at, the kitchen has everything you need for living🥰, a nice quiet place around the house, and it is very easy to get to Venice, or to any other place where you can walk😌☺️

Lovely place. Love the marble, the unique furniture and wall coverings and painted ceilings. We had a great stay, and Magalie was a wonderful host. The home was spotless clean and well equipped for our week long stay.

Pietro was so great, engaged so much in giving us different recommendations. Very friendly. The location is amazing and Pietro helped us to reserve a good parking place in the city. We were 5 people and the place was very good.

The host Luca is excellent, responsive ,very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and tidy and looks just like the pictures. It is only a 3-minute walk from the bus station and is super connected. Anyway, all the recommendations for this place.

The apartment is ideal for family holidays and a very good starting point for cycling trips, beach walks and boat trips. A bike and canoe rental is located nearby. You can drive about 20 minutes to the vaporetto stations towards Venice and the neighboring islands. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, right on the lagoon of Venice. It has a nice layout, is modern and cozy. Benedetta had provided a nice welcome package with jams, cakes and toast. She was also very helpful when there was a strike. We would come back at any time.
