A little further away from the center but highly recommended for the price.

Veronica was a great host would highly recommend her property. We were staying at her property with a group of 8 due to a wedding. Communication was great, and property was clean its very big and private.

Everything was in order, the accommodation is ideal for families of 6-8 people, it was clean and tidy, the communication was easy.

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Nice, quiet apartment that matches the description. Various, good shopping as well as butchers, restaurants and hairdressers right around the corner. Beach within walking distance (public and beach rental), short way to the ferry, about 15 minutes to Venice (St. Mark's Square). Nice, quiet environment, nice neighbors and residents; for younger people there are good offers in the evening in the area where you can have a drink. In the garden you can make yourself comfortable, against mosquitoes it is recommended to use the smoke coils and anti-mosquito spray. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need for a vacation. Very pleasant check-in and the apartment is well prepared, so you can start your vacation directly.

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. We really appreciated the location of the house, the nature, the 😊 very relaxing rooster song. Nerella is adorable and advises guests, the accommodation is 10 minutes from the train station where you can take the train to Venice in 11 minutes and for €1.50!!! A pretty place to stay, very close to the beach. Also, a public beach is just a few hundred meters away. The kitchen has everything needed, and an espresso can also be prepared. The children's pool and general pool are very nice and more appealing than in the photos :)

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Very easy check in and check out! The property is located in a very quiet street and is especially great if you want to leave your car on the property and just walk to the beach , which is merely 4 minutes away. The apartment is very simple but quite well equipped and clean. Lovely little garden to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. (Lots of mosquitos in the evening therefore not recommended during that time of the day). The car can be parked on the property. Which made it very comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time and definitely would return again!

Daniela already had great reviews, but the stay at "Cà Giuggiola" went above and beyond! The house is spacious, very quiet, equipped with every comfort and perfect for a relaxing vacation. For those who want to get away without having the pressure of having to do a hundred thousand activities even on vacation, this place is the right one. All this is made even more unique by Daniela's kindness, helpfulness, friendliness and smile, always ready to make guests feel at ease. The pizzeria she runs is also highly recommended, along with her beautiful family, equally kind and cordial. Nearby there are many nice and uncrowded places, above all the beautiful Treviso and Valdobbiadene with its hills full of rows of vines ready to become Prosecco. The Piave also has its own natural and historical charm. Highly recommended everything!
