Cozy, quiet 2 ZKB, free parking

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible via an external staircase. Very good bus connections to the city center. In the neighborhood there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and plenty of shopping (10 min walk) and plenty of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

Apartment built in 2017 in the center of Trier, residence at the Imperial Thermal Baths, top equipment , with secure underground parking. The pedestrian zone of Trier and all sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university can be reached in a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travellers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business and leisure travellers.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.
