Great Place for a get away! Relaxing and great view!

My boyfriend stayed in this AirBnb during the spring, and he brought me back because he thought it was such a great deal for a quick easy getaway. The RV is comfortable and you can’t beat the beach view from the camp ground. Cynthia was responsive and helpful with any questions we had about our stay. I will absolutely be back

An incredible place to relax or spend it as a family disconnected from everything. Very good care, there is a lot of space to cook and eat outdoors and the creek there is very nice to spend some time there. Only that there are many insects but it is part of the magic of the place, pure nature

Good place for something different, private and with everything I mentioned, a small place but with many things to have a pleasant time, recommended and I would choose it again.

Excellent Villa. Honestly, the photos don't do it justice, it is beautiful everywhere. Every space is perfectly designed to be cozy. The large green areas and each of the seating areas completely relax you. It is a private and very safe place so it is the ideal place to rest. Raphi was very kind and very attentive from the time of booking. It is a beauty of a place with Lake Chapala at its feet.

The RV I rented was lovely and everything was as described. Place was clean and organized. They responded quick to all my questions. Will rent again on my next stay at Rocky Point.

It's super easy to find (even for those of us who rely too much on GPS and still manage to get lost). Plus, it's **right near the heart of San Felipe**, so you're never too far from the action—unless, of course, the action you crave is peace, quiet, and a breathtaking view. In that case, you're in luck because this place delivers **all of that and more!** The view? **Absolutely spectacular.** If I had a dollar for every time I stopped to admire it, I could probably extend my stay another week. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning, enjoying a drink in the evening, or just standing outside pretending to be in a travel commercial, the scenery is **next level**. Secluded? Yes. Private?

We were “wowed” by this beautiful little “Trailita” in a fabulous peaceful landscape! Comfy, cozy, personal with an Osprey family as our closest neighbors! 5 minute walk to the sea and a 5 minute drive to an almost personal beach! We camp a lot and this was the perfect mix of shelter and amenities! (We had even brought our own teardrop) Hope to return for much longer exploration. Erika and Angel are enthusiastic in their love of the desert, sea and home! Thanks to them again!❤️

This old airstream has been my favorite Airbnb stay! Abigail has it decorated so nicely with attention to lots of details that make staying here special. The bed was super comfy. There’s a small space heater to take the chill off if you’re visiting in winter. The armchairs were perfect for relaxing with a cup of hot tea. The mighty Pacific is right off the porch. We sat and relaxed in the comfy wooden patio chair with waves crashing down. It was a perfect way to welcome in the new year.

Very nice camper for a different experience, Gabriela always very attentive , she responded quickly and attentive to any situation, in general the place is very quiet, only if they attend in rainy seasons take something warm to warm up and umbrella in case the rains. The bed is very comfortable and has what it takes to spend a pleasant stay, the space outside for the campfire loved it and we really enjoyed the privacy of the camper's location. Maybe if it would be possible to improve the floor a little bit of the climb or make a shorter access down as we were a little difficult to get down by the car. And maybe a little the view was limited by the trees and rods on one side of the camper, small details that although they do not affect at all the nice and beautiful of the place, it would be very good for it to be a 10/10

The camper, the view, the privacy, the landscape, the place are super cute. We spent a few days very quiet, relaxing, and we loved it. And the super plus of being a Pet friendly place. Gabriel was super attentive and there was good communication, he supported us at all times and was super friendly. Amazing place we will love to go back to. Note/tip: For a safe and easy arrival, look for the signals q say XODHE or RISCOS XODHE, the GPS could point to routes not accessible and could be lost x a rato.

Our camper was a great base for our 3-day tour of all the area archeological sites. We felt very safe there. even when we were the only guests in the 3-camper site. The road to the site was very rough, not unlike most roads in Xpujil and just as we were leaving, it was being resurfaced! The site is secluded and quiet. The shared toilets and shower were new, mold-free, and thoroughly cleaned every morning. The camper itself had a slight mold smell when we first walked in, but after turning on the air conditioning and opening the screened windows in the evening, the air in the camper felt fresh. Inside, the camper itself was a little rough around the edges, but was clean and parts freshly painted. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. Because the water pump in the bathroom was a little frail, we washed dishes in the shared sinks. The beds were very comfortable and the linens clean and fresh. If you like the camping/cabaña vibe, we recommend a stay in Arturo's camper.

Rodrigo's place is beautiful. Everything is well taken care of. Choco and Gaby are great help around the house if you need it. The views from the backyard are beautiful. Everything was well thought out around the house from plants and linens to boardgames and entertainment. Definitely a recommended stay for small and big family vacation.

it's great because it's not too far from Puerto Nuevo and not too far from downtown Rosarito and I want to specifically say thank you to Guadalupe aka "Lupita" for being so kind, thoughtful and resourceful. the place is a great find for the price we paid comfortable cozy we will certainly be back to visit. Patrick's place is a magical and incredible place, the atmosphere in the space is cozy and Patrick always welcomes you with great energy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend with friends and family. The camper is very well equipped, it has everything you need, hot water and a few meters from the beach, we went to spend new year and lent us a grill, it has a common kitchen in case you need more than what you in the camper offers you, it has privacy, it is an experience out of the ordinary to stay in a rolling house, in addition to you feeling very comfortable :) we were very happy and we stayed with great memories of the place.
