Amazing property with amazing view

This stay has been my favorite place so far! This home was well appointed, comfortable for our large group of 8, and had such an eclectic collection of art and artifacts - it really was a magical place to stay in such a beautiful city. We felt safe and everything you need is walkable. Short walks to delicious food, coffee, pastries, bookstores, art and tree lined streets. Danyra also had a wonderful list of recommendations that our group appreciated. Would highly recommend this stay!

This villa was probably one of the best vacations we have ever had. My group was impressed with the entire experience from the beautiful location, to the concierge service to Rosario’s delicious cooking. Every request was granted with a smile and we felt like we were in paradise. The beach was easily accessible as was the complex pools and hot tubs. The sunsets were beautiful and we could even see whales from the unit while we were eating lunch. Don’t hesitate to book this place. We can’t wait to return! It was a good 50 minutes from the airport and we used a taxi. We did go to dinner once at Si Sushi via cab we reserved from the W next door which was a very easy process. They even picked us up at the villa entrance. Perfect trip!

Carlos was a pleasant, very responsive host. Our flight was very delayed, and we were still able to easily enter at 3am. Fernanda helped settle us in the next morning, and any questions we had were quickly responded to. We liked that the condo was appointed with bar soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and beach towels -- these days many AirBnBs don't have a full suite of toiletries, which can be frustrating if you arrive too late to buy such things. The compound was pleasant, and sitting outside in the courtyard was relaxing, as was relaxing inside. The beds were comfortable. The area is walkable, and we didn't need to take a taxi once. It is also an easy 12 minute walk to/from the ADO bus station, if that's how you're getting from the airport or using the ADO to see further flung parts of Mexico.

The house was very nice and clean. Everything you needed was there and the pool was especially great for the kids.

Booking Oscar's villa was key to an amazing bachelorette weekend! Before we even arrived in Tulum, Oscar was proactive, making sure we had transportation arrangements to and from the airport and throughout our visit. When we arrived, Oscar and his staff made sure we had all the instructions and everything we needed for our stay. He checked in a couple times and when we needed something like extra dishwasher soap, he made sure that housekeeping brought some later that day. This was one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever been at! The pool and Jacuzzi were in perfect condition and we enjoyed them every single day of our trip. We had zero issues with electricity or hot water. Beds were clean, huge, and very comfortable. Area quiet and tranquil. Finally, booking the private chef through Oscar was seamless, and we had an incredible meal waiting for us when we came back from the beach. The service is unmatched, you won't regret staying at this house!!

This was our 7th trip to PV and amongst the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Great located, views, and amenities. Jorge was a great host - we will definitely put this on our list of places to stay again. Also recommend the in-home chef!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! Great stay in this traditional and beautifully decorated apartment! We loved the open air design. The location was great, close to the malecon and great restaurants! Parking was easy and always available during our week-long stay. We felt safe and had good communication with the host. We would stay here again!
