Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Miami Beach

We were a group of six and enjoyed our five days in the home very much. The location was perfect for us with shopping and markets within walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and very well-appointed. We happened to stay during cold weather but the heating was very good and we had plenty of lap blankets for additional comfort. Winston was very responsive to our few questions and was clear with instructions and tips. Highly recommended!

We were unfortunately in the area for a funeral, but the home was exactly what we needed to prepare and unwind. It was lovely to sit out back along the canal and my son enjoyed watching the planes that flew overhead. Very responsive host who left a very nice welcome basket, highly recommend!

Loved this place and definitely planning on booking again. The place was clean and smelled good! Loved the back yard and the vibes it brought. The host was responsive and helpful. Also, it’s only a 5 minute walk to the Race Trac for coffee and a 20 minute walk to the casino!! Loved it!

Chris was extremely accommodating and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. The pictures of the house and the descriptions matched perfectly, and we felt at home in the house. The jacuzzi was put to good use, and although we had read online that the neighborhood might not be the best, we only had positive experiences. We even walked around the neighborhood and bought coffee 800 meters from the house. We can definitely recommend Chris as a host and his house.

We loved this place. Even though we left to go on a cruise we wanted to stay- the house had farthing we needed- super comfy beds but the backyard was just gorgeous. Beautiful vegetation and private and quiet and lots of sitting areas and the pool and hot tub were just perfect for our group of 4. We will definitely be back

We were a group of 14 adults and stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. There were 2 groups that came in and out while we were renting the main floor unit and we didn’t hear anything. The rooms accommodated our group well, we just took the mattress off the top bunk and put it on the ground. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive when we had any questions regarding recommendations or need something to be restocked. The only complaint would be how dirty the floor was to our standards. This could also be a culture thing as our group (Asian-Canadian) don’t wear shoes indoors. Besides that, we had everything needed to make meals, hang out and just relax. We would most definitely book again, if needed.

Amazing place! Thomas made us feel right at home as soon as we walked through the door, with a bottle of Prosecco and coffee to boot. Incredibly responsive and communicative as well, before, during, and after our stay. The pool is stunning, and the property is so peaceful/relaxing. If you’re a light sleeper like me, welcome to paradise. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling in the area. If seeing Taylor Swift wasn’t epic enough, Thomas just made our stay all the more enchanted.

This stay really made the vacation. Even better than the pictures, which is rare. The pictures don't do justice to the great open flow and roominess. The kitchen is to die for. Everything is absolutely gorgeous. Sparkling clean, tons of towels. Amazing pool and hot tub with tons of space on the pool deck. Tons of sofa seating, indoor seating, outdoor seating. Lots of floatie toys for the kids. We didn't go to the beach but if we would have there is a bunch of stuff in a wagon to take there, plus coolers, etc. Hosts are super responsive and super helpful. Honestly we saved lots of money because no one wanted to leave the place, so we mostly just hung out there instead of going a bunch of places. By far the best AirBnB we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at a few.

We had a phenomenal time at Ron & Laurie's place for our buddy's bachelor party. Would highly recommend for large groups!

We had thirteen guys stay here for a long weekend - we had a great time. This property is not for everyone - the bunk beds were quite squeaky, the pool was small, the house itself had some wear and tear but it was very tough to find any property in Miami with >10 beds. The host was very responsive and professional. The location was great - 20 min drive to South Beach, 15 min drive to the airport. Barbeque and hot tub and tables outside - great space to congregate and have dinner. Was quite noisy - close to a large road and planes overhead were loud. The neighborhood was very nice though - Walgreens was a five minute walk and if you like baseball - the house is right next to the arena. Would highly recommend if you're not too fussy

We had a wonderful time at the House of Art! Loved the pool and hot tub. Host was always very responsive. Would definitely book again!

The house is great. It was large, comfortable, impeccably clean, and quiet. They had everything we could need. Plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and hot tub. And the hosts checked by text and responded immediately to any question we had. We will be back.

Great for a group gathering — lots of activities all around the house!

The home was absolutely wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and rather luxurious. The property offers many amenities. There are a couple of things I would appreciate being able to control without having to message the host (like turning on the hot tub). However, the hosts were EXCEPTIONALLY responsive and helpful. I would absolutely love to stay here again. I can see why this place is so popular!

Nice place, beautiful views, very accommodating for large travel groups with adults that all need a bed.
