This house is located in the most amazing neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale with an amazing price. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, the beach is right behind the house. We love it. Everything beautiful, amazing views. The house wonderful, Very cozy very comfortable, very clean. The house has something special, you can sense that since you get there. We love it spending time in the pool, you can see any kind of birds flying to the beach, groups of birds flying around you when you are in the pool is going to make you feel fascinated. It is not a place to party but is a place to relax and reconnect with yourself and God. We really find peace in this place and we would like to come back anytime. The host very kind, very friendly, easy to contact and very respectful. She helps us in everything what we need and more.

My family (which includes a toddler and infant) stayed here with my parents and brother for an extended family getaway. Everyone complimented me on this choice of AirBnB! It was perfect for all ages! The pool was great and there was an assortment of floaties/toys. The home was walkable to the beach and we appreciated that a wagon, chairs, beach toys, and a cooler were provided. The home was well cared for and well stocked with lots of linens and extra towels. Nikki was very responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend this home!

A beautiful south beach spot. Walkable and nice location. The place was very comfortable and decorated well. Laguna was wonderful - communication was spot on, very helpful.

I will definitely book this place again when I am back in the area. It's a wonderful space in a great location. The pool and the airbnb were pristine. The location is fabulous. It's close to everything I needed, but was very quiet. I especially loved that I had a parking space right in front of the building. Parking can be a challenge in this area. Also, for South Florida on the beach, I felt the room was very spacious. I almost hate to give such a good review, because I don't want this place to be booked when I want to book again lol. But, I have to be honest. This is a hidden gem. The host was a great communicator as well.

The location of the house was in a residential neighborhood directly across from a beautiful beach with very few people. The house was spotless, and Rene did a great job responding to any questions we had prior to arrival. Well stocked kitchen, close to restaurants, walkable beach paths and a comfortable house that met all of our needs.

Overall wonderful stay! Great location, you cannot beat how close to the sand it is. There were some magical red-masked parakeets that live outside the home and it is a peaceful home during the weekdays, and on the weekends it's in the middle of the fun. My only critiques: trash blows into the yard from the surrounding businesses and the property + amenities need some maintenance. Quite a few things were on the verge of falling apart or already broken which makes you nervous as a guest because you don't want to be blamed (broken, mismatched dishes/drinkware, leg of table bent, beach chairs falling apart due to normal wear, cracks in drywall, etc) Also, once we had paid the host was not very communicative or responsive to me. I view these as small critisms since staying here lent to some get fun and wonderful memories.

Nicole is a phenomenal host who has the most beautiful home and gives precise instructions on how to maintain it. From the beginning, Nicole made it extremely easy to access everything we needed and made sure the home was spotless and accommodating before we had even arrived. If I were in Miami again, I would absolutely book another stay and I recommend anyone else looking for an amazing experience to book as well.

Wonderful stay. Exactly as described. We had issues with flights due to weather and she was very responsive and accommodating.

Was here for a reunion with 10 people comfortably. The house was wonderful after a learning curve. The fridge is one where if you close one side by itself it can dislodge the other without realizing it. Made it so that it took a long time to keep it cool. So MAKE sure it’s closed. We trouble shot this with Evangeline who was very responsive and helpful. The upstairs got very hot, but…we didn’t realize the AC was off up there. So make sure that is on. All of these things were user error. So read the instructions on the house carefully. There were plenty of pool floaties left by other guests before us. We were there for four full days and TP, garbage bags, and paper towels lasted 2-3 so bring some extra for longer stays with more people. We walked to the beach and back multiple times (10-15mins depending also on the drawbridge situation). Don’t pay attention to the walkable google maps back and forth instructions that say 24mins! They are wrong. Perfect house!

We had an unbelievable stay at Laura’s property. The home was stunning and it was located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Laura was extremely communicative and she did everything she could to make our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Will definitely book this property the next time we are in lauderdale. I was at Three Palms with my son for a weekend escape and a concert in Sunrise. The home was perfect. It was clean and beautiful. The location was close enough to everything yet secluded like our own private oasis. Loved the indoor games and outdoor pool toys. The monitor message center was a nice touch and offered some good info as well as easy reminders and updates during our stay. Absolutely loved our stay and would re-book for sure when returning to the area!!

Great host, great accommodations and very communicative. Beds are very fresh sheets were clean and kitchen. Had everything you could need! Pool was even heated!! Definitely a good spot and highly recommend it to anybody that has a group. I will see the photos on the Airbnb app. Do not do this place justice! It definitely looks better in person and everyone that stayed absolutely loved it! Also loved that upstairs for the bathrooms. They connected to every single room. No one had any issues being able to use a restroom at any time.

My family had a wonderful stay at Rachel's place! Our kids were beyond thrilled to spend lots of time in the pool, and the proximity to the beach was so nice. The house had everything we needed -- and more! We were especially grateful for all of the toys, which really helped to keep our kids entertained. The hosts were also incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

LOVE this property! Updated interior, large, well-maintained outdoor space, near beach, grocery stores and shopping. Beautiful upscale neighborhood. The host always responded right away and addressed issues promptly. This would be my first choice in properties again next year!

Love the place very spacious house was very clean and nice only thing that I didn't like it didn't have a microwave rather than that everything was great we'll stay again

We had a great stay! Close to restaurants and the beach. Easy to find and clean stay. Small pool as pictured which was perfect for our family. Host was very responsive!

Great house and location! Easy walk to the ocean. Close to the airport and Hollywood boardwalk, which was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home and hospitality. A bit further to the beach than we would have liked and the walk is not the most scenic but Uber rides are fine back and forth! The pool and outdoor space is wonderful break from the beach. Communication was super!

The house is just as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was lovely. Walkable to Ft. Lauderdale beach which was the primary reason for our stay. We had a minor issue with the back sliding door, and one of the property managers came out to help us within the hour. Very friendly and responsive hosts!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The bed was super cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and local attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again.
