Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. Nice, clean and roomy. Really well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels available. Beautiful balcony where we ate our meals outside. Very comfortable , secure and enjoyable. Would def recommend and go again. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed in Miami. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the hosts was excellent—Susie and the team were always responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out super smooth. We especially appreciated the clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

My family and I loved Luis place. So fun to be right on the beach. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean waves. This is - a very a busy area and everything you need to close by.

The apartment is located in a great area. Close walking distance to all local attractions, stores, and South Beach. Apartment felt cozy and just what we needed after spending a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The views were outstanding. This location was perfect for us. There were restaurants and lots of shopping along with the Metrorail and Metromover stations within walking distance.

Honestly an amazing stay, the Patrick was great. Very clean and had everything you could really need. Keep in mind there is a $50 fee per person at the location when you check in with the front desk. However, couples are charged one tab and children are free. The pool was beautiful and the location was extremely convenient. Restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, and gyms are all a 5 minute walk.

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean condo. The area is safe and near shopping, restaurants, and close access to highways plus on a 20 minute direct route to the beach. We even found an inexpensive $ waterpark 10 minutes away (Paradise Cove). The tasteful decor, well-stocked kitchen with essentials, and ample bathroom toiletries, towels and, extra bedding made it a pleasant experience. When we reached out, Jaime was responsive and attentive. Our host was truly committed to us having a great stay. The only minor issue was some inconsistency in water temperature in both showers, but this did not take away from our overall satisfaction. Highly recommended for a small group or family getaway! We would definitely come again.

We recently stayed at a Latitude Key property and had an excellent experience. The unit was stunning, with full-length windows offering peaceful views of the canal—an ideal backdrop for both relaxation and conversation. With three well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, the space easily exceeded our expectations and provided plenty of room for comfort and privacy. The property is part of a well-maintained community that features shared amenities, including a heated pool, grills, and outdoor tables. Other guests were courteous and friendly, which made the shared spaces pleasant to use. That said, it's helpful to know in advance that these areas are communal—so you're aware that others may be nearby. The Latitude Key staff stood out for their professionalism and quick response times. Every question or request was handled with care, making the experience smooth from check-in to departure. We’re already looking forward to booking with Latitude Key again for our next trip. Grateful

What a beautiful time spent here. You don’t need much when you’re in Miami, but for what it has, everything is excellent. A clean shower, a comfortable bed, and a tv for jamz as you get ready for the night. The beach chairs were chefs kiss, nothing like just pulling up to the beach with no worries. And a special shoutout to Debbie who went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. All in all this place is the little engine that could, and definitely did.

James and Fernando were amazing hosts. The place was clean and excellent location in walking distance to the main spots in Ft. Lauderdale.

Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

Claudia and Pablo are very responsive and helpful hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and left wine and granola bars for us as a welcome gift. Unit has beautiful views and is equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine if you’re traveling with a family (high chair, stroller, etc). Highly recommend!

Such a cozy beautiful place! It’s like your own little apartment. The communication was AMAZING! Any questions I had I would get a respond less than 5 minutes. Any issues or concerns were fixed immediately. I also loved that the area is close to so many things! Would definitely come back here!
