Great house. Everything was immaculately clean and looked almost new unlike some other airbnbs that loom great in pictures but worn and tired in person this one is obviously superbly maintained. Location is good on a very quiet road not too far from the action but far enough to be peaceful. The pool and outdoor area are great with a private dock but one word of caution is it’s more of a people watching outdoor area and not really private from the houses across the way or any boat traffic. Similarly it would be great to have the option of some shear curtains so if you wanted to be assured of privacy during the day there would be an option other than lowering the blackout blinds. But might just be my paranoia’s since the houses were far enough that someone would have to be going out of their way rather than it being unavoidable. Overall excellent and you won’t be sorry booking here

Was great for our large group celebrating a bachelorette! Appreciated the ability to drop our bags off early. Layout of 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for getting ready (will note one of the bedrooms is a studio sep from the house). Only thing missing is more outlets in the bedrooms but we made it work. Living room was well sized with very comfy couch. Neighborhood felt very safe. Easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Casey was helpful and sent more paper products quickly when we ran out. House itself was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. House overall was great for our needs and enjoyed our stay

This peaceful oasis was as comfy as it is beautiful! We enjoyed the private pool and games available for us to play. Love that there’s a bathroom outside near the swimming pool.

Everything was great, was Patrick very nice to us? Only detail sometimes the hot water in a suite failed or it was very low the Pressure… then everything was excellent, thank you

Family of 7 (5 boys) and we had a blast. Everything we could have wanted. The pool, trampoline, basketball. We watched a pay per view UFC fight out in the gazebo, it was awesome. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, but if you’re looking for an oasis, this is your spot! No complaints.

Me and my group loved the stay. We didn’t have to contact the host patty the entire trip with questions because all directions were clear and everything we needed was in place already. She was also very responsive and flexible throughout the booking process.

This house was so beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7! The common areas are very spacious for everyone to hangout comfortably including inside and outside. We also loved the pool. Less than 10 minute walk to the Hollywood boardwalk which has endless things to do and see at all hours of the day! The host was very responsive to any needs as well prior to our arrival. The house is located in the zone for local transportation (circuit) so it’s easy and cheap to get a ride to the beach or any restaurants if walking is not a convenient option. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

When booking in Florida this would be hands down #1!! Pollina is the best! Quick responses and funny!!

Had a great stay with my friends. House is located close enough to Miami and fort Lauderdale to explore both cities. Also hosts are responsive and friendly. If I ever go back will being staying here again

House was perfect for the whole family. Kept all ages occupied with activities. Was in a great location about 20min or so each way to great attractions. Had an issue with hvac system, host was very responsive and had it fixed with in a few hours. Overall great place to book with a big group. Am oasis away from home!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Great house, very conveniently located between north Miami and downtown/Edgewater/Miami beach. Important to note that the two queen-bed room is a den without doors and is adjacent to the kitchen and living room, which limits certain activities after bedtime if kids are sleeping there. We’ll be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, yet conveniently close to great restaurants, groceries, beautiful beaches, and everything South Florida has to offer. The home itself was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great backyard, pool and living space to relax in. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful/accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend this spot for anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay! I fully expect we’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay here and appreciated that there were enough beds to comfortably sleep 6 of us. The location was very centrally located, close to little Havana, coral gables, and coconut grove. The pool was still cold in March so we didn't get to enjoy it as much but did like the outdoor space. Only complaints are the house instructions could be more detailed like how to enter the driveway (we thought the gate was locked) or how to use the waterfall feature in the pool, and there were no dish towels in the kitchen.

This place was exactly what we needed! The neighborhood was beautiful, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The space was incredibly spacious—so much so that we didn’t even know what to do with it at first! The layout felt like a maze at the beginning, but once we got settled, we absolutely loved it. Our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and truly exceeded our expectations.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had no problem with the house and everything went very well. The location is quite nice and has accommodated us well throughout the period. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything we need (beach, markets, restaurants, pharmacies…). Juord was very helpful and served us promptly. The swimming pool was clean, but we did not use it as we thought it was cold for the children (in December/January), despite the heating being on. Perhaps those who come from cold places may be used to the temperature. We loved our vacation and would come back again. Our daughter loved the coloring books and toys that were available.
